SELF SACRIFICE

Once Apostle of God  took a gorgeous young   slave girl from a jihadi  (who was given as booty to him by Abu Bakr  after a raid on tribe Fazara),  and instead of disrobing and  enjoying this irresistible  girl (described as prettiest in Arabia )  himself, he  used her as ransom for  imprisoned jihadis.

 Narrated Ibn Muhairiz: Muslim Book 019, Number 4345:

 Among captured women was a woman from Banu Fazara. She was wearing a leather coat. With her was her daughter who was one of the PRETTIEST GIRLS IN ARABIA.  Abu Bakr  bestowed that girl upon me as a prize. So we arrived in Medina .

I met prophet in the Medina  street who said: Give me that girl, O Salama. I said: Messenger of Allah, she has fascinated me. I had not yet disrobed her. When on the next day. the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) again met me in the street, he said: O Salama, give me that girl, may God bless your father. I said: She is for you. Messenger of Allah! By Allah. I have not yet disrobed her. The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him)SENT HER TO THE PEOPLE OF MECCA AND SURRENDERED HER AS RANSOM FOR A NUMBER OF MUSLIMS WHO HAD BEEN KEPT AS PRISONERS AT MECCA.

KINDNESS TO MAN'S BEST FRIEND

Allah's apostle had a soft corner for man's best friend. He even  allowed dogs to come in mosques and urinate.

Bukhari Volume 1, Book 4, Number 174:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Hamza bin 'Abdullah narrated: My father said. "During the lifetime of Allah's Apostle, the dogs used to urinate, and pass through the mosques (come and go), nevertheless they never used to sprinkle water on it (urine of the dog.)"

COMPASSION

 Muslims used to flog their wives (allowed by Quran 4.34) when  they were disobedient but afterwards they had  habit of having  sex with them. It is very painful for women to lie on their backs for sex after a good beating as the lashes cause open wounds . Apostle was a very compassionate man and he therefore  prohibited  muslims  to have sex with wives on the day of their flogging.

Bukhari Volume 7, Book 62, Number 132:

Narrated 'Abdullah bin Zam'a:
The Prophet said, "None of you should flog his wife as he flogs a slave and then have sexual intercourse with her in the last part of the day."

MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE

Allah had given the Apostle excellent medical knowledge.

Bukhari Volume 7, Book 71, Number 592:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "There is healing in black cumin for all diseases except death."

Bukhari Volume 7, Book 71, Number 673:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Apostle said, "If a fly falls in the vessel of any of you, let him dip all of it (into the vessel) and then throw it away, for in one of its wings there is a disease and in the other there is healing (antidote for it) i e. the treatment for that disease."

Bukhari Volume 7, Book 71, Number 596:

Narrated Um Qais bint Mihsan:
I heard the Prophet saying, "Treat with the Indian incense, for it has healing for seven diseases; it is to be sniffed by one having throat trouble, and to be put into one side of the mouth of one suffering from pleurisy.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE  

Apostle of God had a vast knowledge about every thing.

1. Never hold your penis with your right hand when urinating.

Bukhari Volume 1, Book 4, Number 156:

Narrated Abu Qatada:

The Prophet said, "Whenever anyone of you urinates he should not hold his penis or clean his private parts with his right hand.

2. Always say Insha Allah (God willing) before having sex.

Bukhari Volume 4, Book 52, Number 74i:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Apostle said, "Once Solomon, son of David said, '(By Allah) Tonight I will have sexual intercourse with one hundred (or ninety-nine) women each of whom will give birth to a knight who will fight in Allah's Cause.' On that a (i.e. if Allah wills) but he did not say, 'Allah willing.' Therefore only one of those women conceived and gave birth to a half-man. By Him in Whose Hands Muhammad's life is, if he had said, "Allah willing', (he would have begotten sons) all of whom would have been knights striving in Allah's Cause."

3. The better looking partner should discharge first when copulating.

Bukhari:Volume4 Book k. 55 Number 546

Allah's Apostle said, "Gabriel has just now told me of the answer. If a man has sexual intercourse with his wife and gets discharge first, the child will resemble him, and if the woman gets discharge first, the child will resemble her."

4. When circumcising a woman never cut severely.

Sunan Abu Dawud Book 41, Number 5251:

Narrated Umm Atiyyah al-Ansariyyah:

A woman used to perform circumcision in Medina . The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said to her: Do not cut severely as that is better for a woman and more desirable for a husband.
