Abdul Rahman Insane! Abdul Rahman Insane! Is There No Islamic Justice
In The 21st Century?

So
he rented a Jeep Cherokee and ran down nine college students. And he
smirked and he smirked while being dragged away by the gendarmes. So what?
It was nothing to be ashamed of. He was doing Allah’s work. Why was
everyone so excited? He was a nice kid. He was as smart as all get-out. He
liked camping and fishing and NASCAR.
Vhroom! Vhroom! Just look at those cars go round that track! If he
had had a 1980 Alfa Romeo Formula One instead of that pathetic Jeep
Cherokee he could have done some real damage.
His
family was Shocked shocked that he would do such a thing. Mohammed
Reza Tehari-azar was a good boy, they said. He was the Muslim-American
version of Richie
Cunningham. He was going to be a psychologist—maybe another Sigmund
Freud. If he laughed at his hearings while witnesses were describing
his road rage at the
University
of
North Carolina
there must have been a good reason for it. Perhaps, he had a little
indigestion. A little halal
food would have taken care of that.
Laila
Taheri-azar, Mohammed’s sister, addressed the press. “Please let us
echo in your ears that my brother was and always has been a kind, gentle
and pure soul,” she said. “His current actions and words are as much a
source of shock and distress to us as they are to you.”
Shock?
Distress? Mohammed was a ‘born again’ Muslim. He had rededicated
himself to Allah and had been studying the Qur’an more assiduously than
ever. If that is true perhaps he came across this little tidbit:
Qur’an
33:60 “Truly, if the Hypocrites stir up sedition, if the agitators in
the City do not desist, We shall urge you to go against them and set you
over them. Then they will not be able to stay as your neighbors for any
length of time. They shall have a curse on them. Whenever they are found,
they shall be seized and slain without mercy—a fierce
slaughter—murdered, a horrible murdering.”
Shock,
distress, excuses, but no apology!

* Mohammed Reza
Tehari-azar |
* Abdul Rahman. |
Half
a world and 1,400 years removed from
North Carolina
, 41-year-old Abdul Rahman was sentenced to death in
Kabul
,
Afghanistan
, for converting to Christianity. (Sharia
law does not permit a Muslim to convert to another religion) Though
Christians and Jews are considered people of the Book (the Qur’an) and
are supposed to be protected, possession of a Bible or a Talmud can land
one of the Protected in more hot water than a lobster on the way to a
thermidor.
“Rejecting
Islam is insulting God,” said Mullah Adbul Raoulf. “We will not allow
God to be humiliated. This man must die.” Raoulf is considered a moderate
Muslim. Yeah, and Moe
Howard was considered a moderate member of The Three Stooges and Lon
Chaney was considered a moderate Wolf Man. In relation to Islam the
word ‘moderate’ needs to be redefined.
Rahman
converted to Christianity 16 years ago and was jailed three times by the
Taliban prior to 2001. That would make him a refugee from the law of
averages. One arrest was usually fatal. Maybe they ran out of rope at the
soccer stadium. But three times? It is hard to believe. Did somebody up
there besides Allah like Rahman?
Now
suppose Rahman had been reading the Qur’an instead of the Bible, had
access to a Jeep Cherokee, had become confused, and—lo and
behold—there was Osama, Mullah
Omar, and that precocious 4th grade genius, Sayed
Rahmatullah Hashemi standing in a compact group within range of the
scales of justice? Would Osama be counting the virgins in Allah’s Great
Whorehouse in the Sky? Would Yale’s freshmen class be missing its most
famous affirmative action acquisition ever? Not likely. Rahman had become
a believer in Jesus Christ. He would do as the Bible suggested. He would
not strike out like a madman; he would, most likely, turn the other cheek.
He knew about Daniel and the lion’s den. He knew that Christian
martyrdom was the opposite of Islamic martyrdom. A Christian martyr
suffers and dies for his faith; Muslim martyrs smash fuel-laden passenger
planes into skyscrapers full of innocent people. Some Muslim martyrs blow
themselves up in pizza parlors. Apparently, these sex-starved wretches
want to get to Heaven before all the virgins are gone. Then again—they
may be insane. Was that why Tehari-azar hoped to be a psychologist?
Abdul
Rahman did not want to be a martyr. All he wanted was to be a good
Christian—to practice his religion in peace; that’s all. For that,
millions of Muslims wanted him to die. Rahman’s family says he might be
crazy. That’s what a lot of Germans said about Pastor
Martin Niemoller when he opposed Hitler and the Nazis in the 1930s.
President
Hamid
Karzai was under intense pressure from the West to drop the charges
against Rahman. It is not clear who is running
Afghanistan
. It’s a constitutional democracy under Sharia Law. The World
Factbook says
Afghanistan
is an Islamic Republic. That sounds like a cross between a toy poodle and
a pit bull with the former terrified of the latter.
“We
have constitution and law here,” said Ansarulla Mawlavi Zada, one of the
judges who tried the case. “Nobody has the right to put pressure on
us.”
Australian
Prime Minister John
Howard was Shocked shocked! “This is appalling,” he said.
“When I saw the report about this I felt sick literally. The idea that a
person could be punished because of their religious belief and the idea
they might be executed is just beyond belief.”
Appalling?
Is it beyond belief? Two Evangelical ministers have been sentenced to
prison for insulting Islam by quoting from the Qur’an during a debate on
Islam! And where did that ridiculous miscarriage of justice take place? It
took place in
Australia
! Appalling? It is certainly beyond belief.
Meanwhile
hundreds of Mad Mullahs and their running dogs were parading through the
streets of Mazar-e-Sharif in northern
Afghanistan
chanting, “Death to Christians!” as if it were still the 7th
Century. Not to be outdone, Faiez Mohammed, a Mullah from nearby Kunduz,
screamed, “Abdul Rahman must be killed! Islam demands it!’
Appalling…beyond
belief…mired in the past? How bad was the 7th Century?
The Pleistocene Age had mastodons and saber-toothed tigers. The
Cenozoic Period had pteradactls and things that ate pteradactls. The 7th
Century gave birth to Islam. The mastodons and the saber-toothed tigers
and the pteradactls are gone; Islam remains. Fourteen hundred years is a
long time. Thomas Jefferson and the Founding Fathers wrote the Declaration
of Independence is less than fourteen days.
Afghanistan
’s fledgling democracy—for reasons yet to be
determined—did the right thing. Rahman was released from his prison on
the outskirts of
Kabul
and quickly disappeared. “We released him last night because the
prosecutors told us to,” said
Afghanistan
’s justice minister. The reason: “He was mentally unfit to stand
trial.”
Mad
Mullahs from
Zanzibar
to Saudi Barbaria were outraged! What happened to Islamic justice? Was the
Sharia no longer in effect? This was confusing! Mohammed Reza Tehari-azar
could spend a hundred years in a dhimmi prison in
America
for obeying the Qur’an while this heretic—this blasphemer—Rahman had
been set free in an Islamic country! Was he let go because he was insane?
It could set a terrible precedent! Suppose another Christian was declared
insane—and then another and another?
Where would it end? Before long there would be no Christians left!
No dhimmis! Who
would pay the jizya?
Who would there be left to persecute—besides women and children?
Muslim
clerics had been caught in their own trap. For centuries they had insisted
that anyone who rejected Islam must be crazy. Now they were saying that,
“He (Rahman) was not crazy! He was not mad!” Do they now admit that it
is possible to reject Islam and not be crazy? Is that a concession? No, it
was a mistake.
There
will be more trials and the Mad Mullahs will not rest until they have
executed some poor wretch for converting to Christianity. They have been
shamed and their shame can only be expunged in blood. No wonder Fred
Flintstone and Barney Rubble skipped the 7th Century and
went straight to the Pleistocene Age.
