A letter to Professor
Palazzi from a Muslim youth
Dear Shaykh Prof. Abdul Hadi Palazzi,
Peace be upon you.
I'll make this as short as possible so i won't take
up your time. This letter is regarding your correspondence with Ali Sina.
http://www.faithfreedom.org/debates/Palazzi20615.htm
I lived in a Muslim background amongst a Muslim
family. However, I've started having doubts now about Islam after I moved
to study in the West (no, the 'freedom' here did not make me dislike
Islam, but the freedom of thought and speech allowed me to analyse Islam
critically without worrying about any human punishment), and I’ve been
visiting FaithFreedom.org for a long time now.
I'm not officially nonmuslim (yet?), but if what I
read is true and no one can even refute him, then I may have no choice.
Please don't think I'm a bad person. I just want to
know the truth about God. Don't we all?! Why should I be a Muslim just
because my parents were? Why should I be killed for leaving a religion I
never even chose to be part of?
Please take the time to respond to Ali. If Islam is a
true religion, then you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain by engaging
in a civilised debate with Ali. I assure you he is the most logical person
I have ever met (though I haven't met him in person :P). I don't like read
the other authors' articles because they tend to divert from Islamic
scripture (e.g. they refer to bad things happening around the world and
just attribute it to Islam without proper referencing from the Hadith and
Sunnah). Sina, on the other hand, dwells into the history and psychology
of Muhammad, and has very deep knowledge of the Quran and Hadtih.
Sir, if you win, then you will be blessed by Allah
for saving so many apostates from the Hellfire, for they will surely
return to Islam if you win. And why would you lose? Don't you believe
Islam is the true religion? You will be victorious, and I'll be the first
to thank you and be a Muslim (inshaAllah if so).
In other words, this is a chance for hidaya... Many sheikhs used to tell me that Muhammad was tolerant of
his enemies and prayed for them to be good Muslims and patiently preached
those who were insistent on hating him. Why not follow his example and do
the same with the 'blasphemous' Ali?
Best regards.
K.C.
Dear
Mr. Ali Sina,
Please
forward the following letter to Mr. Palzzi, but use fake name.
Best
regards
Dear
Mr. Palazzi,
I
have read your response to Mr. Sina letter and get surprised to your
answer.
It
appeared to me that you represent a modern type of Islam and have the
courage to stand beside human values, as you cooperate with Jewish
organizations. You may be aware that this is completely in conflict with
Mohammed Islamic teaching, but it gives a good idea about your personality
and approach unless it is part of the Islamic deception.
Your
negative response to Mr. .Sina letter about the cartoon raises a lot of
questions which need an answer from you. Also your negative answer and
attack as indicated in the faithfreedom indicate that Islam change you
completely to a typical Muslim as every body know.
Please
read my letter positively and open your mind to the truth but only the
truth.
Best
regards
sidney
