On November 10th the Muslim Public Affair Committee, MPAC, The CAIR’s counterpart in UK published an angry letter, condemning the publisher Amber Books of UK of blasphemy. The furor was over a book called The History of Punishment that Amber Books had published recently.

The book was not about Islam at all. Their site explained: '"The History of Punishment" offers a complete view of this fascinating subject, beginning with the laws and punishments of the ancient Mesopotamians and the Code of Hammurabi, and coming right up to date with present-day practices, including imprisonment, corporal punishment and the death penalty. Covering both legal codes and their accompanying punishments, this book includes chapters on ancient methods of punishments, such as Biblical punishments, Roman punishments and Sharia Law.”

So, why the Muslims are fuming? It is because that book contains a picture of Muhammad surrounded with naked women.

MPAC asks the Muslims to complain to the publishers, making the following points:

Muslims are too sensitive about their religion and ready to riot and kill anyone who in their view makes mockery of their faith, while they constantly mock other beliefs. As for mocking Islam it is enough to quote a hadith or a verse from the Quran. These books do a fairly good job in making Islam look ridiculous and asinine.

If people are allowed to make fun of Jesus why no one should be allowed to make fun of Muhammad?

My question to Muslims is why the fact that Muhammad had sex with a multitude of women, some his wives, some his maids, some his right hand possessions (captives of war) and some his concubines does not offend you but mentioning it is offensive to you?

Why the fact that Muhammad assassinated his opponents, massacred his prisoners of war, had sex with a 9-year-old child, raided and looted merchant caravans, invaded unarmed civilians and poor villagers does not hurt the Muslims' sensibility but talking about them does?

Instead of being offended, may be the Muslims would do a favor to themselves to ponder upon the following hadith and ask themselves; doesn’t this make Muhammad a lecherous womanizer?

Narrated Anas: The Prophet used to go round (have sexual relations with) all his wives in one night, and he had nine wives.

The truth is however that Muhammad was not a supper sexual stud. At his old age, he probably was impotent. But this does not mean that he did not have sexual thoughts. He loved to fondle his young wives and play with them when they were naked.

'Aisha said: "Whenever Allah's Apostle wanted to fondle anyone of us during her periods (menses), he used to order her to put on an Izar (dress worn below the waist) and start fondling her." 'Aisha added, "None of you could control his sexual desires as the Prophet could."

Perhaps he was not very much in control. May be he just couldn't do it. In fact it is very likely that he could not have sex with his wives. He was too old. How come, despite all that fondling and "going round" all the night none of his young wives and concubines bore him any child? At that time there were no birth control devices and Muhammad longed to have a son. Muhamamd had four grown up daughters from his first Marriage with Khadijah. But none from his numerous young and fertile wives and concubines that he had in his household during the last 10 years of his life. Muhammad thought it was humiliating to have just daughters when everyone else had sons.

He mocked the Quraish for believing Allah had three daughters.

Have ye seen Lat. and 'Uzza,
And another, the third (goddess), Manat?
What! for you the male sex, and for Him, the female?
Behold, such would be indeed a division most unfair!

He wrote this verse when he was still in Mecca, and perhaps when his son who died at infancy was still alive. Why should it be unfair if God had only daughters? What is so humiliating and wrong in having just daughters and no sons? Doesn’t this show that Muhammad thought fathering sons is more prestigious than fathering daughters?

Obviously Muhammad wanted to have a son and he did try to have sex with all his young wives. Nevertheless he was impotent and could not do more than fondling. So instead of having sex he used to have illusions of having sex.

Volume 7, Book 71, Number 660:
Narrated Aisha:
Magic was worked on Allah's Apostle so that he used to think that he had sexual relations with his wives while he actually had not (Sufyan said: That is the hardest kind of magic as it has such an effect).

The illustration of Muhammad with his naked wives should not offend the Muslims. What is denigrating is their belief in such a man as a messenger of God. If Muslims do not wish their belief ridiculed, they have to stop believing in a man of such a low moral character as Muhammad instead of trying constantly to hide their dirty laundries.

MPAC said: “This humiliation will not stop while most Muslims remain too pacified to lift a finger to stop this”.

Is that another threat of violence? Is rioting and demanding the execution of Salman Rushdie, Taslima Nasrin or murdering 200 Christians in Nigeria when a journalist said Muhammad probably would have wanted to marry one of the contestants of the Beauty Pageant, the sign of the pacified Muslims?

MPAC said nudity is not allowed in Islam and Islam teaches that women should dress modestly in public. We all have seen the Islamic dress code for women. It is not modesty but subjugation. However, this illustration does not show the wives of the prophet in public but how they dressed (or rather undressed) in private just to please and excite the last messenger of God.

In fact Allah seemed to be too keen to meet the sexual needs of his beloved messenger while he continued murdering, looting and pillaging innocent civilians. In the Sura Tahrim Allah tells his prophet:

Indeed Allah was too merciful to the prophet, but not so much to his victims.

Islamists continue with their campaign of terrorization and intimidation to cow the publishers and writers who dare to write about Islam. As long as the world fears Islamic hooliganism, they will keep advancing and imposing their values on the rest of mankind.

There are books written against Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism and every other religion under the sun or in the cave. Yet the Muslims are the only ones who protest and try to silence anyone writing against their religion. It they win through bullying and threats, we all lose our freedom of thought, speech and pen.

Ironically, MPAC that was enraged because Amber Books had published the picture of Muhammad with a bunch of nude women and forced that company to withdraw all the books, published the very same picture in their site. This only show that what Muslims want is to bully westerners and impose their will. If that picture was so offensive, why they published it in their own site?

Beauty pageants are offensive to Muslim’s sensibility. “Muslim groups say the pageant promotes sexual promiscuity and indecency”, reported the Associated Press. To add salt to the wound, a Nigerian reporter suggested “the Prophet Mohammed would have probably chosen to marry one of the Miss World contestants if he had witnessed the beauty pageant”.

Choice of clothing is a personal matter. How much skin a woman wishes to show is entirely up to her. As long as one does not make a public show of obscenity, such as practicing nudity in public places, how much clothing a person chooses to wear is a matter that should be left entirely up to her. It is not up to the state nor is it up the majority to impose their morality on others.

I personally do not like beauty pageants because they make those young women whose beauty does not hold up to the industry standard feel inferior. I think society should instead place more emphasis on spiritual values. If it were my choice, I would have chosen the five contestants that did not participate to protest against Nigerian Shari’a law of stoning.

The real problem is the myopia of so many Muslims and their twisted sense of morality. Muslims insist to impose their morality upon others. What is more offensive? Showing one’s own flesh or tearing apart someone else’s life, burning someone’s house, shattering their dreams and murdering their sons, fathers and loved ones?

This episode in Nigeria left two hundred people dead. For what? What did they do to deserve this horrendous death? Do those perpetrators as well as other Muslims ever think of the pain the families of these victims have to endure for the years to come? Who will take care of that father when he is old, now that his son has been snatched away from him? Who will hug that child and smile at him, provide for him, and love him now that his father lies on the sidewalk covered in his own blood?

Muslims say that beauty pageants offend God. What about these senseless killings? Do they please God? “Allah’u’Akbar, Allah’u’Akbar”, they shouted while they burned innocent passersbys, stabbing them to death. Is this the way to celebrate the greatness of God? Does God really want us to kill people, burn their homes and their houses of worship? What kind of god is this god that a parade of a bunch of girls in swimming suit offends him and the murder of hundreds of innocent people does not?

Whether organizing beauty pageants are wrong or right is entirely a personal issue. I am not in favor of such contests for several reasons. Nevertheless, I do not think the display of such natural beauty offends God, nor do I think these contests necessarily degrade women. However, I believe that society must emphasize and focus on greater values. One better idea would be to reward those girls who do something for the cause of world peace, for human rights, for the environment or for humanitarian causes? These are, in my opinion, the values that the society must exalt, not just the curves of the female body. But the question remains, who am I to impose my values on others. I have the right to write about my values and what I think is the right thing to do, but do I also have the right to impose my values on others, and even further, to murder innocent people if they do not share my values?

The problem that the Islamic world faces is far greater and far more embedded than any problem the rest of humanity may have. Muslims are simply unable to accept the right of others to think differently. They do not hesitate to commit murder in order to impose their values. There are over six billion people on this planet. Each one of us has different beliefs, different values. That is not the problem. This is they way it should be. The problem is that one billion people want to force their beliefs and values on the rest without their consent, and without consideration to even basic human rights. Since fighting someone who does not adhere to their values is considered an act of piety, they are determined to achieve their objectives by any means, including murder.

Blowing up into pieces the Jews in Israel was almost a daily occurrence until the wall went up. Some say that this is simply an issue over land. That is not true. The truth is that land is just an excuse for a greater goal. What about the massacre in Bali, was that over land too? What about the burning of a train in Gujarat India packed with Hindu passengers? Was that over land dispute? What about the killing of the Christian health workers and the Christian school kids in Pakistan? What about the bombing in Madrid? In November 2002 an American evangelist, Bonnie Penner Witherall, a 31 year-old Christian nurse, was shot dead in Sidon, Libanon. Her crime was “proselytizing Christianity to young Muslims”. None of these senseless murders were over land, nor did the massacre in Nigeria and the tragedy of 9/11 had anything to do with land. This is about values and the imposition of Islamic values on non-Muslims. In other words, this is a war against Humanity.

Everything you do is offensive to Muslim’s “sensibilities”. The beauty pageant is offensive to Muslim's sensibilities because, according to them, it “denigrates women”. It does not matter that even if that is true it is none of their business. Those women have made their choice to participate in that contest. If it denigrates them, it is their business and not the Muslims’. The frescoes and the sculptures of European masters such as Da Vinci, and Rafael depicting human figures, especially those done as nudes, are offensive to Muslim's sensibilities. The Michaelangelo's statute of La Pieta showing Jesus after crucifixion in the laps of Maria, isoffensive to Muslim's. Muslims claims that Jesus was a Muslim prophet and he was not crucified. Music, including those composed by Beethoven and Mozart, are offensive to Muslim's sensibilities. Women wearing swimming suits or even walking in casual clothing without Islamic covering offend Muslim's sensibilities. Dante who depicted Muhammad and Ali in the lowest pit of the hell is offensive to Muslims’ sensibilities. Quoting the verses of the Quran, verbatim, that call for waging war on unbelievers, rape of the women captured in war, beating women and killing the pagans, Jews and Christians critically is offensive to Muslim’s sensibilities. Reading from the Hadith, the very books written by Muslims and followed meticulously for over a millennium that depict Muhammad as a womanizer, a pedophile, a rapist, a looter and an assassin, is offensive to Muslim’s sensibilities.

Muslims believe that by living your life according to your own un-Islamic ways you are victimizing them. You do not have to actually hurt anyone to be an oppressor. For the simple fact that you do not live your life according to Islamic values, you are oppressing the Muslims, suppressing Islam and therefore you are an enemy of God and must be punished.

Osama Bin Laden justified his attacks at the civilians and allows himself to dictate his values on Americans. He wrote:

2) The second thing we call you to, is to stop your oppression, lies, immorality and debauchery that has spread among you.

(a) We call you to be a people of manners, principles, honour, and purity; to reject the immoral acts of fornication, homosexuality, intoxicants, gambling's, and trading with interest.

We call you to all of this that you may be freed from that which you have become caught up in; that you may be freed from the deceptive lies that you are a great nation, that your leaders spread amongst you to conceal from you the despicable state to which you have reached.

(b) It is saddening to tell you that you are the worst civilization witnessed by the history of mankind:

(i) You are the nation who, rather than ruling by the Shariah of Allah in its Constitution and Laws, choose to invent your own laws as you will and desire. You separate religion from your policies, contradicting the pure nature which affirms Absolute Authority to the Lord and your Creator. You flee from the embarrassing question posed to you: How is it possible for Allah the Almighty to create His creation, grant them power over all the creatures and land, grant them all the amenities of life, and then deny them that which they are most in need of: knowledge of the laws which govern their lives?

(ii) You are the nation that permits Usury, which has been forbidden by all the religions. Yet you build your economy and investments on Usury. As a result of this, in all its different forms and guises, the Jews have taken control of your economy, through which they have then taken control of your media, and now control all aspects of your life making you their servants and achieving their aims at your expense; precisely what Benjamin Franklin warned you against.

(iii) You are a nation that permits the production, trading and usage of intoxicants. You also permit drugs, and only forbid the trade of them, even though your nation is the largest consumer of them.

(iv) You are a nation that permits acts of immorality, and you consider them to be pillars of personal freedom. You have continued to sink down this abyss from level to level until incest has spread amongst you, in the face of which neither your sense of honour nor your laws object.

Who can forget your President Clinton's immoral acts committed in the official Oval office? After that you did not even bring him to account, other than that he 'made a mistake', after which everything passed with no punishment. Is there a worse kind of event for which your name will go down in history and remembered by nations?

(v) You are a nation that permits gambling in its all forms. The companies practice this as well, resulting in the investments becoming active and the criminals becoming rich.

(vi) You are a nation that exploits women like consumer products or advertising tools calling upon customers to purchase them. You use women to serve passengers, visitors, and strangers to increase your profit margins. You then rant that you support the liberation of women.

(vii) You are a nation that practices the trade of sex in all its forms, directly and indirectly. Giant corporations and establishments are established on this, under the name of art, entertainment, tourism and freedom, and other deceptive names you attribute to it.

(viii) And because of all this, you have been described in history as a nation that spreads diseases that were unknown to man in the past. Go ahead and boast to the nations of man, that you brought them AIDS as a Satanic American Invention.

(xi) You have destroyed nature with your industrial waste and gases more than any other nation in history. Despite this, you refuse to sign the Kyoto agreement so that you can secure the profit of your greedy companies and*industries.

(x) Your law is the law of the rich and wealthy people, who hold sway in their political parties, and fund their election campaigns with their gifts. Behind them stand the Jews, who control your policies, media and economy.

(xi) That which you are singled out for in the history of mankind, is that you have used your force to destroy mankind more than any other nation in history; not to defend principles and values, but to hasten to secure your interests and profits. You who dropped a nuclear bomb on Japan, even though Japan was ready to negotiate an end to the war. How many acts of oppression, tyranny and injustice have you carried out, O callers to freedom?

(xii) Let us not forget one of your major characteristics: your duality in both manners and values; your hypocrisy in manners and principles. All*manners, principles and values have two scales: one for you and one for the others.

These views are shared by every Muslims in the world. Even those Muslims, who immigrate to America or any country in the West, despise the values of their host country. Soon after their arrival they criticizing and finding fault with everything that is distinct from their Islamic values. Not that they are any more descent, moral or ethical, but the fact is that vices in Islamic countries are hidden. People live two different lives. One is what they do in private and the other is how they present themselves in public. All the vices happen beneath the surface. Beneath the surface everything is rosy. In the western countries, people live the way they want and they do not have to hide anything from anyone. If you are a guy you are a guy. You do not have to hide your identity for the fear of being jailed beaten or execute. If you love someone you can move on with him and share your life; the state with stone you for adultery. You can play volleyball in your bikini at the beat and no one thinks you are a whore. You can date and have consensual sex with the woman you are attracted to and this is no shame.

So Muslims are shocked when they see this openness. They are not used to freedom and misinterpret this freedom as libertinage and condoning of immorality.

Then they allow themselves to criticize the West and try to impose their own puritan values. This also has a soothing effect of a feel good factor. This gives them a false sense of superiority with which they counter their inherent sense of inferiority.

In this letter Bin Laden calls America to “stop the oppression”. It is important to understand what constitutes oppression for a Muslim.

In the verse 2:191 of the Quran Muhammad wrote:

Here Muhammad is encouraging the emigrants, who were also Meccans, to slay their own relatives wherever they catch them and turn them out from Mecca because, as he puts it, they turned the Muslims out. This is of course false because Muslims went out of Mecca on their own volition and because Muhammad asked them to. He even issued threats and warned those who did not emigrate of punishment and Hell. 8.72, 8.16

To arouse his followers to kill, he told them “tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter”. Meaning: since your relatives oppressed you, it is okay to slaughter them because what they did to you was worse than killing. Ponder upon the moral relativism of the messenger of Allah! Is really exile worse than killing? If you are faced with punishment, would you rather be kicked out of your town or would you prefer to be slain?

It is also important to note what constituted “oppression” for Muhammad. Oppression means opposing Islam. If you criticize Islam you are oppressing Muslims. By that definition I am an oppressor of a billion Muslims. If you agree with me, you become an oppressor too. That is why when anyone criticizes Islam his murder becomes mandatory upon all Muslims. He is deemed to be an oppressor by virtue of expressing his opposing views.

On November 16th, the online newsletter, Malaysia Niki reported: “Malaysia has urged the United States to jail anti-Islamic extremists whom it warned were just as dangerous to global security as any terrorist group. Foreign Minister Syed Hamid Albar said it was insufficient for US President George W. Bush to just verbally rebuke prominent US Christians over their anti-Islamic rhetoric. ‘A definitive action must be taken against them if we want to avoid a clash of civilizations between Islam and the west,’” said Syed Hamid to the New Straits Time.

This is interesting. The Foreign Minister of Malaysia is threatening the USA that unless the critics of Islam are not jailed for not accepting Islam as a religion of peace there would be "clashes of civilizations". This man was a senior politician of a country known to be among the most moderate of all Islamic countries.

On November 13th, 2002, The Insight Magazine published Kenneth Timmerman’s interview with Egypt’s Grand Mufti, Sheikh Ahmad Al-Tayyeb, who called Falwell a terrorist, but then said suicide bombers simply are “defending their land”.

You don’t have to physically harm a Muslim in order to be an oppressor and therefore become eligible to be killed. If you promote your religion in an Islamic country, you are causing tumult and oppressing Muslims. Because of this, you must die.

The Christian health workers in Pakistan did not even preach Christianity. Regardless, their altruistic work was seen as propaganda for Christianity and because of this they were deemed to be oppressors and sadly, as a result, ended up paying with their very lives for this perceived transgression. The Christian nuns, missionaries, teachers or health workers - are all oppressors in the eyes of the Muslims. They are considered sedition makers, who cause tumult and therefore, deserve to die. If you are a writer/journalist and speak against Islam, you are an oppressor. If you preach your own religion in your own country where Muslims also compete for new converts, you are an oppressor.

The truth is that everything you do is offensive to Muslim’s sensibilities. If you go to a beach wearing a bikini, you are offending the Muslims. If your teenager daughter goes to a disco, she is offending the Muslims. If you consume alcohol in the presence of a Muslim, you are offending him. If you eat your lunch in public during the month of Ramadan in a Muslim neighborhood, you are offending the Muslims. If you preach your religion in an Islamic country you are offending the Muslims. If you keep a dog as a pet in your house, you are offending the Muslims. Your very existence is an offense to Islam because:

”Whoso desires another religion than Islam, it shall not be accepted of him; in the next world he shall be among the losers." 3:85

And Muslims consider it to be their duty to:

"Fight them, [the non-believers] and Allah will punish them by your hands, cover them with shame, help you (to victory) over them, heal the breasts of Believers", 9:14,

In an interview with Al-Jazeera network, the third-in-command of the Al Qaida organization, Mohammed Al-Asuquf is reported to have said that Al Qaida has 6 nuclear bombs hidden in undisclosed US cities, which will be detonated with one week intervals killing an estimated 15 million Americans, because as he puts it: “Today, Americans live like maharajas, wasting more than any other people, spending more than $80 billion per year just on gambling. They've lost any notion of spirituality and live in constant sin. With each passing day the USA demonstrates that it doesn't know how to live with other peoples; for this, it deserves destruction.”

Later this interview was declared to be an email hoax. Whether a hoax or a bluff to invoke panic, the point is that Muslims see it as their business to impose their sense of morality on the rest of humanity and the method that they have chosen to implement it is terror.

The daily occurrence of acts of terrorism, from Philippines to Indonesia, from Russia to Nigeria, from Israel to USA and virtually in every country where Muslims reside, demonstrates the fact that Islam, far from being a religion of peace, is a cult of terror with one objective and that objective is to dominate your life and conquer the entire planet for Allah,. Failing to see that is a gross mistake that could cost more lives than what was lost in the two great wars of the previous century.

Well, I am glad you asked. It is high time somebody asked this question because if we act we might still have time to do something about it before the king of terror strikes and most of humanity go up in smoke. The first step is to pull out our collective heads out of the sand and confront the truth face to face. This is a challenge not as simple as Mr. George W. Bush and Mr. Tony Blair presents it. They are politicians and as such must play to a wide constituency, which means having to operate most of the time within the safe borders of political correctness. Speaking and telling the truth at all times and in all places is a delicate matter for a statesman. However, given that this reality is not about to go away and most likely will only get worse, it does not nor, will it matter how many terrorists are captured or jailed or even killed.

Hundreds of billions of dollars have been allocated to fight against terrorism. As promising as that may seem on the surface, the overriding reality is no amount of wealth will be enough to eliminate terrorism. This terrorism is motivated by an ideology and it will not go away until that ideology is defeated. There are tens or hundreds of Islamic terrorist organizations, thousands of active terrorists and millions of potential terrorists, each waiting to snap into action and murder tens, hundreds or even thousands of people. Just take a look at the images coming from many Islamic countries, to see the support that Osama Bin Laden enjoys by millions of masses. This man is a hero and a role model for millions and millions of Muslims across the planet. Each one of them is a potential terrorist. If we kill OBL, hundreds more will rise from beneath the rocks. If we don’t they will rise anyway.

People need encouragement for what they do and so does OBL. He feels what he is doing is important. He is validated and confirmed by millions of Muslims who openly praise him. If he did not receive this overwhelming praise he and his team would not have had the incentive and would have left their terrorist enterprise for something more rewarding. As long as the average Muslims back the Islamic terrorists, this problem is not going to go away. As long as OBL and other Islamic terrorists are not denounced by the masses of Muslims, as long as the majority of Muslims see them as heroes, their number will keep growing.

Terrorists do not grow on trees. In order to become a terrorist, to the level of emotional sacrifice that you become ready to give up your life to kill, you need to have the right milieu. You must have intense hate of those whom you plan to kill. You must have the support and encouragement of the people around you and you must have an unwavering assurance that you will be compensated. All these conditions are there for terrorism to bloom in Islamic countries. The hatred of the unbelievers is taught in the book of God. The textbooks and the curriculum of the school kids foment the hatred of the Western countries, especially of Israel and America. The newspapers and the media are given the freedom to accuse the West for all the ills of their own societies. The criticism of the corrupt and dictatorial regimes in Islamic countries is prohibited and in its lieu the criticism of the West is encouraged.

In order to make people hate someone so intensely you must make them believe that they are being victimized. They must feel that they are being robbed and abused. Of course, when it comes to this, the West’s record is not entirely unblemished. The legacy of Europeans and especially the British colonialism has never really ended, although in this day and age it remains in a much more subtle form, as it takes place principally behind closed doors. When the Western countries support the dictatorial regimes and benefit by making lucrative deals with these oppressive governments from which the average khalid and Zeid in the Islamic countries do not benefit, they see the West as their number one enemy and themselves as its victims. Islamic Mullahs in turn harvest the full benefit from this animus, using verses from the Quran to marshal the anger and frustration of these disgruntled masses, with the clear intent of inciting them to unbelievable acts of violence.

The Quran is a textbook of hate. Views expressed in the Quran, if uttered today by anyone, would be considered an offence and the perpetrator would be charged, fined or imprisoned under the anti-hate act laws. How can a Muslim love the Jews and the pagans when his holy book tells him “Strongest among men in enmity to the believers wilt thou find the Jews and Pagans” 5.82. How can he love the Christians when that same book which he believes to be the unaltered word of God tells him that the Christians are guilty of breaking the covenant of God and God has “estranged them, with enmity and hatred between the one and the other, to the day of judgment” 5.14. How can you love someone when your God says he is najis (impure)? 9:28

Your orders are not to love them but to “Fight them on until there is no more tumult and religion becomes that of Allah” 2:193. God does not love the unbelievers, why should you? They are called hypocrites. He said that “their abode is Hell” and that Muslims should “strive hard against them” 9.73. The God of Quran says “take not for protectors your fathers and your brothers if they love Infidelity above Faith: if any of you do so, they do wrong." 9:23 Muslims are not to befriend the unbelievers. 3:28. They should not obey them but “strive against them herewith with a great endeavor” 25:52. They should "fight those who believe not in Allah...and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, (Christians and Jews) until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued. 9:29,

These are among the many hate-mongering messages that the Mullahs recite through the loudspeakers from their pulpits, rousing the believers to “instill terror into the hearts of the unbelievers: smite above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them" 8:12

The fact that Muslims are no match for the military might of the West does not deter them. Muhammad gave the believers the assurance that despite their lack of means and the strength of the enemy they will be victorious. Muhammad makes his Allah say “O Prophet! rouse the Believers to the fight. If there are twenty amongst you, patient and persevering, they will vanquish two hundred: if a hundred, they will vanquish a thousand of the Unbelievers" 8:65 And promise “And never will Allah grant to the unbelievers a way (to triumphs) over the believers” 4:141,

With this assurance, a Muslim does not look into his weaknesses, but instead relies on Allah's assistance and sets off for his jihad. If he dies, he is still a winner because God has reserved for him “gardens and bliss” 52:17, where he can “eat and drink pleasantly” 52:19 “recline on thrones set in lines” and more importantly “unite to large-eyed beautiful ones” 52:20. Why fear death when God has promised those who die in his cause “with fruit and flesh such as they desire”? 52:22

But this is not all the reward a martyr would reap. He will be also glorified by his people. His posters will decorate the shops and walls of his city. His portrait will appear in large murals. He will come out of anonymity. Therefore if in life he was a nobody, in death he can become a somebody, a hero, and a martyr. His peers will remember him. The whole town will come to congratulate his family for the blessing that Allah has bestowed upon them. All these glories and rewards in exchange for a squalid miserable life in this world. Who can refuse such a bargain?

However, it would be a mistake to believe that just the poor are driven to this level of insanity. The intensity of hate, the lure of paradise and the exhilaration of fame are enough to drive even the wealthy kids to terrorism. As a matter of fact this induced hate matched with those promises of the afterlife, can tempt even a child born and raised in a non-Muslim world to a non-Muslim family to become a terrorist and kill his own people, including his own family members with no pang of conscience.

Therefore, it is naive to believe that it is all the fault of the West and that the onus should be placed upon Western governments, and that they should change their attitudes and appease those Muslims who feel victimized, that in so doing these Muslims will have a change of heart and their hatred will give way to mutual understanding and amity and good will. As further evidence, Islamic terrorists do not just include Middle-Eastern men coming from countries exploited by Western imperialism. There likewise can be found among these terrorist ranks Americans, Australians and European nationals, even those born to non-Muslim parents and raised as Christians, who would if they could, as has been demonstrated, not hesitate to blow up their own people for the sake of their faith in Muhammad and his Allah. Again, the root of this problem is not political or economical. It is religious. Therefore the solution to this problem cannot be found on political or economical grounds, but only on religious grounds.

Presently, poverty and dictatorships are the two big problems affecting Islamic countries. However, despite the many problems they bring, together they represent not the cause of the terrible plight of most Islamic people, but the symptom. The cause of the problem is Islam, specifically its ideology of hate, which leaves these countries poor, and provides the breeding ground for dictatorial governments and growing lists of terrorists. Islam is a religion of unproductively and is incompatible with democracy. Islamic countries gravitate to poverty and dictatorship like an object entering the events horizon of a black hole. Once a country becomes Islamic, there is no escape from the cycle of poverty and dictatorship. And terrorism is just the fruit of such society.

Well, every horror story has a villain. Who is the villain in this horrible tale? Muslims certainly are not the villains. They are the victims, not of the West, but of their own archaic beliefs and violent mindset. They are victims of Islam. There is no escape for them. They are incapable to get themselves rid of it on their own. They are drowned in it. They are cocooned in lies. In their world criticism is taboo. Those who dare to criticize pay with their lives. Muslims are trapped. Their world is a skewed world, but since they have no other parameters to compare, that skewed world has become their only reality.

The mind of a Muslim is shackled with fears of an unforgiving deity that would torture him in the most horrendous ways if he dares to doubt. “But as for those who disbelieve, garments of fire will be cut out for them; boiling fluid will be poured down on their heads, whereby that which is in their bellies, and their skins too, will be melted; and for them are hooked rods of iron. Whenever, in their anguish, they would go forth from thence they are driven back therein and (it is said unto them): Taste the doom of burning." 22:19-22

This is an awful scene, engraved in the mind of Muslims since early childhood, a tormenting nightmare from which they are unable to escape for the rest of their lives. Even the very educated and otherwise rational Muslims are trapped in this fearsome prison, breaking away from which on their own, although not impossible, is mightily arduous and highly improbable.

The word “Hell” recurs 209 times in the Quran, making it the most repeated word followed by 163 references to the “Day” of Judgment. No other word comes close to the frequency of these two words. Islam dominates the mind and the hearts of the Muslims with awe-inspiring fear. “Fear the Fire, which is repaired for those who reject Faith” 3:131, “Their wish will be to get out of the Fire, but never will they get out therefrom: their penalty will be one that endures” 5:37, “Those who reject Faith,- neither their possessions nor their (numerous) progeny will avail them aught against Allah: They are themselves but fuel for the Fire. 3:10.

Why they do that? Why they write books that are not veridical?

The answer is money. These so-called scholars have sold their souls to the wealthy Saudis and their Royal family. Both Iran and Saudi Arabia finance heavily the publication of these revisionist books and making the TV documentaries. These materials are intended for the consumption of the Westerners and are designed to lure them into Islam. The entry of the Westerners into Islam is advertised in the Islamic countries as the proof of the validity of Islam and the Muslims are confirmed in their faith. Although the westerner are duped to believe that Islam is a religion of peace, their conversion validates the faith of millions of Muslims in Islamic countries who know that Islam means war, that it means Jihad and that paradise is under the shade of the sword.

Islam is a cult of ignorance and a gigantic terrorist organization, even though many Are not aware and would not readily admit that. When western apologists, motivated by greed or ignorance declare Islam to be a great religion, this serves as confirmation for those millions of Muslims that their way is right and now the Westerners, who are in any ways superior to them, are discovering it too. Islamic countries are poor. They are backward and uncivilized. Muslims see the technological and the scientific advances of the West and have developed a social complex of inferiority vis-à-vis the western world. Unaware that Islam is indeed the main cause of their backwardness, they cling to it as the last straw to salvage their sinking ego. The conversion of the Westerners is highly advertised in Islamic countries and the books written by Western apologists are translated and cherished as they provide a soothing balm to their otherwise bruised self-esteem and boost their battered ego.

In the minds of the Muslims, the fact that these Western apologists claim Islam is a religion of peace is irrelevant. That is their personal opinion and as such counts for nothing. What matters is that they have acknowledged that Allah is God and Muhammad is his messenger. What Allah and his messenger say is what matters, not what Western apologists might believe.

On August 26, 2000 Srinagar Journal published an article written by Barry Bearak about Asiyah Andrabi, a Muslim woman, born in a well-to-do middle-class family of doctors. She became a fanatic Muslim, started wearing burqa, tossing colored dyes in the faces of women without Hijab, advocating violence, raising her sons as terrorists “with gun in their hands”, and encouraging her husband to take other wives all because she read a book about the conversion of Western women to Islam. That is all she needed to be blazed by fanatical fervor and turn a terrorist.

Islam is an edifice erected on lies and deceits. We cannot win the war against Islamic terrorism unless we demolish the deceitful foundation of the ideology that underlies it. In this war, truth and only “truth will set us free”. This truth cannot be announced in Islamic countries. That possibility simply does not exist. This sun must dawn from the West and gradually illumine the horizons of the East.

Of course it won’t be easy. Muslims are prone to throw tantrums to get their way. In the story quoted above, “the Nigerian Government has appealed for calm and has assured Muslims that those responsible for the article, which appeared in ThisDay newspaper, would be brought to book, for exceeding “the bounds of responsible journalism." And “ThisDay has retracted the offending article and has published apologies.” reported the BBC. Also the pageant was moved to London - another victory of Islamists. Violence pays.

Did really the author of that article exceed the bounds of responsible journalism? Did she say anything that was untrue? Javiryah, Rayhanah and Safiyah were beautiful young girls captured when Muhammad raided the tribes of Marisi', Qurayza and Nadir. The prophet slaughtered their husbands, fathers and loved ones and slept with them in the same day he captured them. Rayhanah refused to marry him and preferred to remain a sex slaves in his household than accepting his hand for marriage. According to the hadith, the reason the prophet chose these girls was because they were the prettiest.

From a Hadith we learn that once he met a lady from Bani Jaun called Jauniyyah. “When the Prophet entered upon her, he said to her, "Give me yourself as a gift." She said, "Can a princess give herself to an ordinary man?" The Prophet raised his hand to pat her so that she might become tranquil..." Bukhari V. 7, B.63, N.182:

Muhammad raped the young women, all teenagers captured in war. He said it is okay to sleep with captured women even if they have husbands. 4:24. So what the journalist said was not beyond the pale, to say the least. What Muhammad did was far worse than that. It must be asked, why should the journalist be brought to book for telling the truth? Sadly, this is how Muslims win every time. They have threatened to kill Falwell and Robertson; they assassinated the Japanese translator of Satanic Verses; issued a death fatwa against Salman Rushdie and attempted to assassinate his editor.

The media who runs a story against Islam is not going to be safe. We have to ask ourselves, if now that the Muslims are so few among us we fear retribution to speak our minds even in our own Western countries, what will become of our freedom when their number is greater?

I am afraid; America and the rest of the civilized world play with fire when they kowtow the Islamists and trying to appease them in every sense. When President Clinton was in the White House he publicly lamented the fact that American Muslims face "discrimination" and "intolerance" and the Senate passed a resolution inveighing against the "discrimination and harassment" suffered by the American Muslim community.

President Bush at the Afghanistan Embassy in Washington reiterated, "American Muslims, are just as proud of America as I am proud of America. They love our country as much as I love our country”. However, what the President does not know is that a Muslim's first allegiance is not to his country, (especially if that country is a run by Kafirs) but to Islam and his Muslim brothers in Palestine, Pakistan and especially in Saudi Arabia. The case of John Walker Lindh, the American Taleban who went to Afghanistan to fight against his own country, should leave no doubt as to whom Muslims pay their allegiance.

Let us learn our lessons from the History. We have to abandon this Chamberlainian attitude of appeasement that is infesting some of our politically correct press.

Remember that Chamberlain the Prime Minster of Britain believed that Germany had been badly treated by the Allies after it was defeated in the First World War. He therefore thought that the German government had genuine grievances and that these needed to be addressed. He also thought that by agreeing to some of the demands being made by Adolf Hitler of Germany and Benito Mussolini of Italy, he could avoid a European war. Chamberlain did not bother to listen carefully to the message that Hitler was delivering. Time proved that that was a grave mistake that cost many lives. Are we listening to the message that Islamic world is delivering?

I am not denying the misdeeds of the West. America and especially UK are guilty of many wrongdoings, shortsighted and profit seeking policies that have alienated the people in the third world countries. Their misconceived policies are responsible for the present rise of Islamism. In many cases they themselves instigated this rise. But Islamic terrorism has nothing to do with UK, US or any other Western country. It has to do with the teachings of the Quran. Yes the West is to be blamed for directly and indirectly promoting Islamization in Islamic countries, but the Islamic terrorism is not an invention of the West. They let the genii out of the bottle and now it is terrorizing them. It is a mistake to assume that by appeasing the genii it will leave them in peace.

One would expect that intelligent people at least engage in a debate to refute my claim when I say that Islam is not a religion of peace. They rather dismiss my warnings as “extremist views” and like the three little monkeys pretend to “see no evil, hear no evil and say no evil” and hope that everything would be okay. They believe that by hiding their heads in the sand the problem will go away. This unwillingness to face the bitter truth is the greatest flaw of our "politically correct" ethos, a mistake that if not corrected in time could cost many lives.
