Holy
and blessed Family: An example to emulate?
By
Abul Kasem
Family
is the basic building block of a society. If the families in a
society are happy, then that society becomes a happy one. A
happy family requires a strong love and sense of belonging and
feelings between the spouses and a sense of security in the
minds of children. A family cannot be happy if any of the
spouses engages in philandering and collecting wives/husbands or
engaging in objectionable behaviour like child molestation etc.
Readers may have read that Islamists often talk a lot about
peace and harmony in a family life. Where can we find the
examples of peaceful and loving family lives? The answer,
according to the Islamists, of course, is the examples of the
prophet and his closest friends and allies. Day and night, these
Islamists are preaching that in all aspects of our lives we
should imitate the prophet (pbuh) and his disciples. These are
the examples of the holy families that the Muslims are supposed
to emulate. Let us now briefly see what examples the prophet of
mercy (pbuh) and his closest partners have left for the rest of
the Muslim Ummah to
follow. I have
included the brief descriptions of all the wives of prophet
Mohammad, his four Caliphs (Khulafa Rashedin) and two Imams
(Imam Hasan and Imam Husain).
After
the death of Khadijah, his first wife, Mohammad went on a wife
collection spree. Between the ages of 50 to 58, he collected at
least seven wives. The ages of his wives ranged from a mere 6
years old child to a 50 years old lady! It is more surprising
that at the age of 60 alone, Mohammad collected another sortie
of at least four wives whose ages ranged from 17 years Safiyah
to 36 years Maimunah. It is interesting to note that as Mohammad
was ageing he desired more and more young women.
Muhammad's
lust for young/child girls is clearly stated in hadith. Here is
one example:
Narrated
Jabir bin 'Abdullah:
When
I got married, Allah's Apostle said to me, "What type of
lady have you married?" I replied, "I have married a
matron' He said, "Why, don't you have a liking for the
young virgins and for fondling them?" Jabir also said:
Allah's Apostle said, "Why didn't you marry a young girl so
that you might play with her and she with you?' ( Sahih Bukhari
Volume 7, Book 62, Number 17)
Mohammad
left the following examples to his followers (in marriage):
·
If
possible, marry rich women so that they can support you (Khadijah,
Zainab bt. Jahsh). In this case, you do not need to work. You
can be a parasite.
·
Marry
old women only to take care of your family (Saudah, Umm Salam
Hind, Zainab bt. Khuzaima). That is, marry old women to save on
maidservant's pay.
·
It
is okay to marry children as young as 6 (Ayesha). This is to
satisfy your paedophilic fantasies and also to ensure a carer
when you are about to die. You will save on nursing charges as
well as having a youthful face around.
·
You
can marry your friend's daughters (Ayesha, Hafsah) even though
you may be like their grandfather or even great grandfather.
·
You
can marry your adopted son's wife
(Zainab bt. Jahsh) even though Islam forbids the adoption
of children.
·
You
can marry your first cousin (Zainab bt. Jahsh). In many
societies, it is almost like committing incest. However, in
Islam this is perfectly okay.
·
You
can marry and have sex with your captives (Safiyah); but always
take the most beautiful and the youngest girls as your
prisoners. Do not go for the old, ugly, poor and hapless women
prisoners.
·
It
is all right to accept women as gifts (Umm Habibah, Mariyah) and
to have sex with them by marrying them. Make sure the women are
extremely attractive and young.
·
You
can marry and have sex with your slave girls given as gifts (Mariyah).
·
You
can also have sex with unlimited number of girls got as gift
and/or war booty, without marriage.
·
If
a captive refuses to marry you, then you can keep her as a
concubine (Rayhana) and have sex with her until you’re
contended.
Here
are some details of women the prophet of Islam married or kept
as concubines.
The
prophet said, "the
woman can be married for religion, her fortune or her beauty. So
marry one for the religion" (Abu Issa al-Tarmidi, Sunan al-Tarmidi,
Medina n.d., p.275, B:4, H:1092). I quote one more hadith
for confirmation:
Narrated
Abu Huraira:
The
Prophet said, "A woman is married for four things, i.e.,
her wealth, her family status, her beauty and her religion. So
you should marry the religious woman (otherwise) you will be a
losers. (Sahih Bukhari Volume
7, Book 62, Number 27)
Notice
that prophet never talked of love, sense of belonging and
feelings between men and women.
The basis of his relationship is all physical.
Mohammad's
wives
(1)
Khadijah Bint. Khuwaylid: Khadija was the employer of
Mohammad. Her father was killed in a battle. She was a business
lady and wealthy. Mohammad was 25 and she was 40 when they got
married. Khadija had two previous marriages before marrying
Mohammad. That is, Mohammad was her third husband. Mohammad had
his first revelation when he was 40 and Khadija was 55. They had
the togetherness of 15 years. Khadija bore all the children of
Mohammad. She died in December 619 A.D. at the age of 65.
Muhammad did not have to work, as long as Khadija was live.
(2)
Saudah Bint. Zama: She was neither young nor beautiful.
She was the right lady to take care of Mohammad's young children
after the death of Khadijah. They got married in 620 A.D. She
was middle aged, plump, jolly and of kindly disposition. She was
a widow. She lived on until the end of time of Umor. Mohammad
married Sauda when he was 53 and she was 50 almost same time
when he married Aisha. It is stated that Sauda "gave"
her "nights" to Ayesha to have him for sex (http://www.islamic-paths.org/Home/English/Muhammad/Book/Wives/Chapter-02.htm).
That meant that old Sauda was a maid servant while young Ayesha
was for sex,
(3)
Ayesha Bint Abu Bakar Al-Siddiq: Mohammad married Aisha 3 years
before migration to Medina. She was 6 years old when the prophet
married her and he consummated the marriage when she turned 9
years. She was the only virgin woman in Mohammad's life. She
transmitted 2000 hadiths. When the prophet died, she was 18
years old. She died at the age of 57.
(3)
Hafsah Bint Umar: Hafsah was the daughter of Caliph Umor.
She was first married to Khunais Ibn alkhattab. She became a
widow at the age of 18. She married Mohammad in 635 A.D (13 A.H)
3 months after migration. She was 20 years and Mohammad was 56
years when they got married. She lived with Mohammad for 8
years. She died in 47 A.H. (668 A.D.) at the age of 63.
(4)
Zainab Bint Khuzaima: Her first husband, Abdullah bin
Jahsh died in the battle of Uhud.
Therefore, Mohammad married her. He married her soon
after his marriage to Hafsah. She was 30 and Mohammad was 56
when they got married. She died very soon after the marriage.
(5)
Umm Salam Hind Bint. Abi Umayya: Her first husband was
Abd. B. Abdul Asad. They got married in 626 A.D. (4 A.H.) when
she was 29. She had
4 children (Salama, Umar, Zaynab, Darra) from her previous
marriage. She had to take care of her children. Her son was
Salama. She was with Mohammad for 7 years. She outlived all
other wives of Mohammad. She died in 61 A.H. at an age of 84.
(6)
Zainab Bint Jahsh: Her original name was Barra. She
married Mohammad in 5 A.H. (627 A.D).
She was 35 and Mohammad was 58 when they were married.
She was originally married to Zayed (Muhammad's adopted son) and
Mohammad himself arranged that marriage. She was the first
cousin of Mohammad. Zainab's mother Umayma was the daughter of
Abdul Muttalib, Mohammad's grandfather. One day the prophet
(saw) "beheld in a loose undress, the beauty of Zainab, and
burst wanted to have her". The grateful adopted son Zayed
bin Harith then divorced Zainab to clear the way for the prophet
to marry her. Special revelations were made to sanctify the
marriage (33:37,53) that permits the Muslims to marry an adopted
son's wife. However, this is absurd when Islam forbids adoption
of children (33:4,5,37). Mohammad claims that Allah Himself
performed his nikah with her. She was 35 when Mohammad married
her. Ayat of hijab (33:53-56)
was also revealed after the feast of their marriage. Zainab was
a very independent lady. She used to earn her own living by
selling leather products and was not dependent on Mohammad for
his charity. By marrying Zainab Bint, Jahsh Mohammad
demonstrated that it is permissible to marry a first cousin. She
died in 20 A.H. (641 A.D.).
She was the first wife to die after Mohammad's death.
(7)
Juwairiah Bint. Al-Harith: She was taken as a captive in
a raid. That is, she was part of spoils of war in the battle
against Banu Mustaliq. Her father was the chief of Banu Mustaliq.
She was taken as a captive by a soldier named Thabit Ibn Qais.
She was extremely beautiful. Some claim that Mohammad bought her
from Thabit. Mohammad married her in 5 A.H. (627 A.H.), when he
was 58 and she was 20. The marriage took place after Mohammad's
marriage to Zainab Bint Jahsh. She was married to Mohammad for 6
years. She lived for another 39 years after Mohammad's death.
She died in 50 A.H. (670 A.H.) at an age of 65. She was Jewish.
(
9) Safiyah Bint
Huyay: She was a war booty. She was taken a captive after the
slaughter in Khybar. In that battle, she lost her father,
recently married husband and all other close relatives. This
captured Jewish woman was given to a Muslim soldier called Dahia.
However, when Mohammad saw her exquisite beauty she immediately
bought her from Dahia and proposed to marry her. She was in a
state of shock when brought to Mohammad. Safiyah's cousin sister
was also brought along with Safiyah but Mohammad was not
interested in her cousin as she was not that pretty. Safiyah had
no choice but to marry Mohammad to save her life. She was 17
years old when she married the 60 years old Mohammad. She was
with Mohammad for 4 years. She was 21 when the prophet of Islam
died. She lived as a widow for the next 39 years. She died in 50
A.H (673 A.D.) at
the age of 60.
(10)
Umm Habibah Ramla Bint Abu Sufyan Ibn Sakhr: She was sent
to Ethiopia during the migration of the first handful of Muslims
to Ethiopia. The King of Ethiopia, Negas presented her to
Mohammad as a wife. She was married to the prophet in
(1 A.H.) proxy by Negas. She was 35 and the prophet was
60 at the time of marriage. She came to live with Mohammad in 7
A.H. (629 A.D.). Her
first husband was Ubaydullah Ibn Jahsh. He was the brother of
Zainab Bint. Jahsh. Ubaydullah became a Christian while in
Ethiopia; so, she had a divorce. Mu'awiya was her brother. She
spent 4 years of her life with Mohammad and continued living
another 33 years. She died at the age of 72 in 44 A.H.
(11)
Mariyah al-Qibtiyaa: She was a Coptic sex slave. The King
of Egypt gave her to Mohammad as a slave. Mohammad married her
when she was 20 and he was 60. She was extremely beautiful and
gave birth to a son whom Mohammad named Ibrahim. Ibrahim died at
infancy at an age of 18 months (some sources say 10 months).
Mariyah spent 3 years of her life with Mohammad.
(12)
Maimunah (or Barra) Bint. Al Harith: Mohammad married her when
he was 60 and she was 36 in 629 A.D. (7 A.H). Zainab Bint
Khuzaima was her half sister. She was the last woman the prophet
married due to the restriction imposed on him by Allah (33:50,
33:52). She lived with Mohammad for just 3 years. After Mohammad
died, Maimunah lived for another 40 years. She died at an age of
80 (51 A.H.). She was Mohammad's last wife to die.
Other
women in Mohammad's life
(13)
Rayhana: She was not a real wife. She was a booty from a battle.
She was a Jewish girl of extreme beauty; so, Mohammad proposed
to marry her. However,
she refused to covert to Islam and marries Mohammad. Therefore,
she became a sex slave of Mohammad. However, in many places we
get that he married her.
(14)
Duba Bint Amr: She was among the most beautiful of Arab women.
Her hair was very long to cover her entire body (Ibn Saad, al-Tabaqat,
p 153). Mohammad was attracted to her and asked her son's
permission to marry her. But the prophet backed out from the
marriage proposal when he heard that although very beautiful
Duba was ageing.
(15)
Fatima (16) Hend
(17) Asma (of Saba) (18) Habla
(19)
Asma (of Noman): The prophet discovered that she was suffering
from leprosy. He did not consummate the marriage.
(20)
Omm Sharik (21)
Maymuna (not of Hareth) (22) Zainab (third) (23) Khawla
(24)
Amrah Bint Yazeed: She became a Muslim a very short period
before her marriage to the prophet. When she arrived at Medina
and saw the prophet, she appealed to Allah for refuge from the
prophet. The prophet sent her back to her people.
Besides
the first 12 wives, Mohammad married many other women but did
not consummate the marriage. All together, he had 28 women in
his life. He was 62
when he left this mortal world.
Caliph
Abu Bakar's wives
Abu
Bakar was born in 573 and died in August 22, 634 (http://www.witness-pioneer.org/vil/Books/RJ_AbuBakr/chapter2.htm).
He was 63 when he died. He was buried by the side of the
prophet. He was the Caliph for two years (632 - 634).
He fixed 40 lashes for drinking liquor. A lot of
Islamists claim that he was very kind and merciful. Here is an
example of his 'kindness'.
At
Badr, one of Abu Bakr's sons who had not yet embraced Islam was
fighting on the side of the Meccan. Afterwards, when he became a
Muslim, he one day said, "Father! At Badr, you were twice
under my sword. But my love for you held back my hand".
"Son, replied Abu Bakr, "If I had got that chance only
on once, you must have been no more". This is the example
of kindness, love and mercy from the first caliph of Islam. (//www.islamicresources.com/Prominent_Muslims/Abu-Bakr/participation_in_the_holy_wars.htm).
He
had altogether four wives in his lifetime. He was the mildest
when it comes to collecting wives/women.
(1)
Qatilah Bint. Abdul aziz: She was the mother of two
children; Abdullah (son), Asma (daughter).
(2)
Umm -I- Ruman: She gave birth to two children; Ayesha
(daughter) and Abdul Rahman (son). Mohammad married Ayesha when
she was 6 years and consummated the marriage when she was 9
years old. Mohammad was 52 years old when he married Ayesha).
(3)
Asma: Abu Bakar had one child (son), Muhammad (he was
involved in the assassination of Uthman, the fourth caliph of
Islam) from her.
(4)
Habiba: One child (daughter): She was the mother of
Umm-I-Kulthum (daughter). Umme Kulthum was born after the death
of Abu Bakr. She (Uumm-I- Kulthum) was probably married to Umor,
the second caliph of Islam. She was around 4 to 5 years old when
Umor married her!
Caliph
Umor's wives and sex slaves
Umor
was the second Caliph of Islam. He ruled for 10 years (634 -
644). He was assasinated by a slave while in prayer.
(1)
Zainab: She was the sister of Uthman Bin Mazun
(2)
Kareeba: She was the daughter of Ibn Umaitul Makhzami and
sister of prophet Mohammad's wife Umm Salma. She did not embrace
Islam.
(3)
Maleka (also known as Umm Kulthum): She was the daughter
of Jarul Khuzai. She did not embrace Islam.
(4)
Jameela: Her original name was Asiah bint Sabat Ansari.
She was an ansar lady. After marriage Umor changed her name to
Jameela,
(5)
Sabiha Bint
Al-Haris: She was the first Muslim woman who fled fro Quraish
and sought asylum with the Muslims after the Hudaybiah pact. The
prophet got her married to Umor.
(6)
Ateka bint Zaid: She was a cousin of Umor. She was
previously married to Abdullah, the son of Abu Bakr. After the
death of Abdullah, Umor married her.
(7)
Umm Hakim: She had two husbands previously. They were
Ikramah bin Abu Jaki and Khalid bin Sa'id. When both of these
husbands died in battles, Umor then married her.
(8)
Umme Kulthum: Umme Kulthum was 4 or 5 years old when Umor
married her. This child was his most favourite wife (just like
prophet Mohammad). There is a great controversy about the
identity of this child bride of Umor. Many Islamists claim that
she was the daughter of Ali and Fatima. Others claim that Umme
Kulthum was the posthumous daughter of Abu Bakar and Habiba. Abu
Bakar died (13 A.H.) a few months before Umme Kulthum was born.
She was the half sister of Ayesha. So, Umor asked Ayesha for the
hand of Umme Kulthum when she (Umme Kulthum) was only 4 - 5
years old. Ayesha agreed and Umor and Umme Kulthum got married.
It is not known at what age of Umme Kulthum, Umor consummated
the marriage. I could not find any reference as to the age of
Umor when he married this child. However, we can make some
calculations to find out his age at the time of marriage.
Umor
was born 13 years after prophet Mohammad. Mohhammad was born in
570. So, Umor must have been born in 583 A.D. (other records
show that Umor was born around 580 A.D.)
Let
us assume that Umor married Umme Kulthum bt. Ali. Sunni
references (Al
Farooq vol. II by Shibli Numani p 539. History of Abul Fida,
vol. I p 171) suggest that this marriage took place in 17 A.H
(623 A.D.). Sunni references also suggest that Umme Kulthum was
4 to 5 years old when Umor married her. Let us say that she was
5 years old when the marriage took place. This will put the date
of birth of Umme Kulthum as 12 A.H, which is 634 A.D.
Therefore,
Umor was 51 years (634 - 583 = 51) when Umme Kulthum was born.
Thus,
Umor was at least 56 years old (51+ 5 = 56) years old when he
married this child.
Now,
let us assume that Umor married the posthumous daughter of Abu
Bakar. Historical record suggests that Abu Bakar died in 13 A.H
and Umme Kulthum Bint Abu Bakar was born a few months after his
death. That is, we can safely say that Umme Kulthum was born in
13 A.H., which is 635 A.D.
Sunnis
suggests that this marriage took place in 17 A.H. = 639 A.D.
Umor
must have been at least 56 years (639 - 583 = 56) years old when
he married this child of 4 to 5 years old.
Whichever
version of the marriage we accept, it is absolutely clear that
Umor was very much past his 50's when he married Umme Kulthum.
Incredible! Umor surpassed his master when it came to child
marriage. However, Islamic history and Hadith are absolutely and
positively silent on when Umor consummated this marriage.
If we assume that Umor followed the example of the
prophet (pbuh) and consummated the marriage when Umme Kulthum
was 9 years, he must had been at least 59 years when he did
that. Even if we assume that Umor had sex with Umme Kulthum just
before he was assassinated (he was 61 years when he died), she
could be only around 10 (5+5 =10) years old!
Thus,
Umor probably had sex with a 9 or 10 years old child when he was
59/60! He had really surpassed his master who we thought was a
great pedophile!
(9)
Fakiah Yamania: She was a sex slave to Umor. She bore him
a daughter (Zainab)
(10)
Laiyah: She was also a sex slave to Umor and bore him a
child.
Wives
of Caliph Uthman
Uthman
belonged to the clan of Bani Umayyah. He was the Caliph for 12
years (644 - 656). He was murdered when in prayer. His wives
were:
(1)
Rukaia: She was the second daughter of prophet Mohammad.
Initially, Rukaia was married to Utbah Bin Abu Lahab. Utbah
divorced her soon after marriage. The prophet then got her
married to Uthman b. Affan (Caliph). They migrated to Abyssinia
during the first wave of Muslim migration to Abyssinia. They had
one son named Abdullah who was born in Abyssinia and died at the
age of 6.
(2)
Umme Kultum : She was the third daughter of prophet
Mohammad. She was previously married to Utaibah b. Abu Lahab but
was divorced soon. Then prophet got her married to Uthman b
Affan (the Caliph). They had two sons. Both the sons died at
infancy. Thus, Uthman married two daughters of prophet Mohammad
(Rukaia and after Rukaia's death Umme Kultum).
(3)
Fakhta: (4) Fatema (5)
Ummul Banin (6)
Ramla (7) Naela Not much details are available regarding these
wives of Uthman.
Wives
of Caliph Ali
(1)
Fatema: Fatema was the youngest daughter of prophet
Mohammad. Ali was the son of Abdul Mutalib, prophet's uncle.
Thus, Ali was the first cousin of prophet Mohammad.
Ali married Fatima when he was 21 and Fatima was 15 years
old. Ali did not marry another woman as long as Fatima was
alive. After Fatima died due to a fatal injury when her house
was burnt down, Ali started collecting more wives. Ali and
Fatima had five children. They were: Hasan, Husain, Zainab, Umm
Kulthum, Mohsin (still birth).
(2)
Yamamah: She was the cousin of Fatima. It is said that at
her deathbed Fatima requested that Ali marry Yamamah after her (Fatima's)
death. Ali kept her request.
(3)
Hanafia: Ali married Hanafia after the death of Yamamah.
They had one son. Details are not available.
(4)
Ummul Banin (5)
Laeela (6) Asma
(7)
Umama: Umama was Zainab's (prophets eldest daughter) daughter.
That is, she was the grand daughter of the prophet. So, Imam Ali
married the grand daughter of his cousin brother (Mohammad).
(5)
Khaola (6) Umme Saeed (7) Muh'aat (8) An unknown woman.
Wives
of Imam Hasan
Imam
Hassan (eldest son of Ali and the elder brother of Imam Husain)
had countless wives. He had between 70 to 300 wives or
concubines. Poisoning by one of his disappointed wives killed
him. In a book entitled 'Quwwat al-Qulub (vol.2, p.246) written
by Abu Talib Makki (died in 380 A.H.) it is written, "Hasan
often married 4 wives in one sitting and then divorced 4 wives
in one sitting" (http://www.al-islam.org/al-serat/imamhasan.htm).
There is no proper record of his permanent wives. But
authorities suggest that Imam Hasan had at least three wives in
Kufa. They were:
(1)
Khawal Fazariya: This marriage took place in Medina. She
was the mother of Hasan Muthana.
(2)
Umm Ishaq Bint Talha: This marriage also took place in Medina.
She was the mother of Husain Athram, Talha and Fatima. After the
death of Imam Hasan, she married Imam Husain (younger brother of
Imam Hasan).
(3)
Ju'da bint Ash-ath: Imam Hasan married this woman in Kufa.
She survived Imam Hasan. She poisoned him on the instigation of
Mu'awiyah.
So,
how is it possible to acquire up to 300 wives in ones lifetime?
This is not impossible when we consider the system of M'uta
marriage in Islam. Although the Sunnis have banned the M'uta
system, it is very much in practice among the Shias. It is quite
possible to have a M'uta marriage every night and kick out the
woman next morning. There is no need of divorce in M'uta
marriage. This type of marriage is a contract to sleep together
and that is all. Also,
remember that though there is restriction of up to four
permanent wives at any time, there is no such restriction on the
number of temporary wives that one can have at any time. In
modern language, we call this 'one night stand'. Muta'a marriage
has absolutely no time limit. So, "one-night's play"
is perfectly Islamic. M'uta marriage is the Islamic version of
'one night stand'. See; Islam has the solution even for the
playboys. Imam Hasan was definitely an Islamic 'Playboy' of his
time.
Readers,
please think for a while how does Mu'ta marriage differ from
common prostitution except some utterance of some
"holy" words? There is no difference. Allowing it by
the prophet or anybody is a serious blow on the philosophy of a
family with wife and kids
The
question naturally arises as to why Islam, the perfect religion
of Allah allows/ allowed his 'playboys' to have 'one night
stand?' We can find
the answer if we look at the bloody unholy history of Islam and
it's prophet. According
to Sunni belief and Sahi Bokhari, the prophet banned Muta'a
marriage "Until Keyamat" ONLY AFTER the Muslims became
victorious. Therefore,
the believers must admit that there was some thing wrong in it.
Then, why did he allow it in the beginning?
You know what? The Muslim army had to be served by all
possible means and attractions of heaven and hell without a
shadow of question of morality.
Therefore, he allowed them the advantage of Muta'a
marriage and plenty of damsels as war booty plus lands and
properties. Notice that all the war booties were distributed
only among the warriors, not to commoners or to the Govt
(administration).
Wives
of Imam Husain
Imam
Husain married five times. His wives were
(1)
Janabe Shahr Banu d/o Yazd Gurd, the last emperor of
Iran. She gave birth to Imam Zaynul Abedin (fourth Imam). She
died within ten days of Imam Zaynul's birth.
(2)
Janabe Rabab d/o Imran Al Qays: She gave birth to Sakinah
and baby Abdullah (Ali Asghar). She died one year after the
Karbala tragedy.
(3)
Janabe Laila d/o Abu Murra. Her mother was Maymunah d/o
Abu Sufyan. Thus she was the cousin of Yazid. She gave birth to
Ali Akbar, a son. She was not alive during the tragedy of
Karbala.
(4)
Janabe Qud'iyah: She gave birth to a son, Jaffor who died
in infancy.
(5)
Janabe Umm Ishaq d/o Talhah: She gave birth to Fatema
Kubra, a daughter.
In
addition, do not forget that Imam Husain also married Umm Ishaq
Bint Talha the widow of his elder brother Imam Hasan!
These
are the lessons we learn from the Khulafa Rashedin and the two
Imams of Islam.
·
If
required, it is okay to kill your son from the same family for
Islam. This was the example set by the first Caliph of Islam,
Abu Bakar.
·
You
can give your child daughter in marriage to a paedophile
(example of Ayesha and Umme Kulthum)
·
It
is all right to marry a child of 4 to 5 years when you are
around 56 years (Umor marrying Umme Kulthum).
·
You
can marry two blood sisters from the same family (not
concurrently) as in the example of Caliph Uthman marrying Rukaia
and Umme Kultum both were daughters of prophet Mohammad.
·
You
can marry your daughter to your cousin brother (Fatema and Ali).
·
You
can marry the grand daughter of your cousin brother
(Ali marrying Umama, the daughter of Zainab, the daughter
of the prophet).
·
If
you are not satisfied with your present wives, you can always
become an 'Islamic Playboy' through ingenious M'uta marriage.
How
beautiful the Islamic families will be if we really followed the
'real Islam’!
