As 2013 Is Winding Down, Islam is on the Rampage
12/27/2013
Having just celebrated Christmas, the words of the Angels who announced the birth of Jesus Christ to the Shepherds in Bethlehem are still ringing in my ears: “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men” (St. Luke 2:14).
Unfortunately, there is no peace in the Middle East, especially for those who belong to Jesus Christ. To many of them, it has been a season of mourning. I became numb as I opened the 26 December issue of The Wall Street Journal, and read a report from Baghdad: “Militants in Iraq targeted Christians in three separate Christmas Day bombings in Baghdad, killing at least 37 people, officials said Wednesday.”
Before the American intervention in Iraq, the number of Christians who had lived in the country for more than two millennia was around one million; by the end of 2012, it had dwindled to five hundred thousand, and it’s still decreasing. Actually, what’s going on in Iraq is “Christian cleansing!”
Moving to Egypt, the home of the largest Christian community in the Islamic world, that has resisted Islamization for 1400 years, is now facing a heart-rending tragedy. A few days before Christmas, a report was published in the Elaph News Online, Sunday, 22 December, 2013, with this Arabic title, (that I translated into English):
اختفاء وأسلمة الفتيات المسيحيات في مصر
صبري عبد الحفيظ
The Abduction of Christian Girls in Egypt, Forcing them to Marry Muslim Men, and thus Islamizing them
The Egyptian authorities, being extremely pre-occupied with the Islamist terrorist attacks on public institutions, are hardly willing or able to handle this mounting attack on the Christian community. So the tragedy drags on, and fathers and mothers in the Coptic families are terribly worried about their daughters, and can hardly see them leave their homes
I trust that you will be moved by meditating on this photo used during a recent demonstration that highlighted the mounting problem of the disappearance of Christian girls

This sign says it all about the plight of kidnappings of Christian girls in Egypt. It says ” I am an Egyptian. I want my daughter Back”

Turning from the plight of Middle Eastern Christians, I refer to a very disturbing phenomenon within the Muslim communities that have settled in Western Europe. Here are excerpts from a report in The Wall Street Journal:

The pain of kidnapping Christian girls from their families in Egypt: a sight becoming inreasingly too familiar. Make no mistake about the culprit:”Islam.” It reduces an otherwise deccent human beings to kidnapping beasts

“Rahma and Ugbad Sadiq packed their school bags as they did every morning, and left the family home in Kolsås,Norway, where their parents immigrated in 1996 to escape war in their native Somalia. But by 5 p.m.that day, Oct. 17, the teenage sisters hadn’t returned to help prepare dinner. An email was waiting for the parents in their inbox.
“Papa, we’re on our way to Syria. It isn’t enough to stay in Norway while Muslim people are in huge trouble. We have to deal with them in their daily life to help them,” it said.
“Their mother fainted, hitting the floor, her husband, Juma Sadiq, recounted. “It was the beginning of the nightmare for our family,” he said in an interview last month.
“At a time when Syrians are risking their lives to take refuge in countries such as Norway, there is a reverse migration among some Arab families such as the Sadiqs who immigrated to Europe to escape hardships in their homelands. Hundreds of their children are being drawn to Syria, willing to fight and die despite their parents’ dreams of a better life in their adopted homes.”
Thus far the excerpts from the WSJ
Our hearts go out to these distraught families. Unfortunately, whether they realize it or not, we shouldn’t be surprised at the behavior of the young Muslim immigrants who have been welcomed by Western Europeans, and given help to settle in their new lands. Of all the immigrants that leave their homelands to find a better life in Europe or in the Americas, Muslims are uniquely predisposed to bring their religious and cultural baggage with them. This become the basic reason for their failing to integrate into the new societies that proved to be so welcoming and helpful.
So these young Somalis, having benefited greatly from their living in Norway, felt deep down in their psyches that their citizenship remained within the global Islamic Umma. I’m not speculating here, since these young people must have developed such sentiments from a local Islamic source in Norway. While I have no firsthand knowledge of the Somali community in Norway, I am quite aware of the mentality of Somalis in several parts of the United States, such as in the St.Paul-Minneapolis and in the Seattle-Tacoma areas.
Due to my old age and health conditions, whenever I travel by air, I get a wheel chair at the airport that takes me through the TSA formalities and from there, to the gate area. Quite often it is Somali personnel that push the wheel-chairs. Recently, while flying out from the Seattle-Tacoma Airport, a Somali man wheeled me to the baggage area. It was a long ride; so I struck up a conversion with him. I surprised him, to begin with, by saluting him in Arabic. He knew a few words, and became chatty. I asked him about his coming to the area, his family, and what he thought about America. I wasn’t surprised that he had a large family, several sons, and some daughters. He volunteered to tell me that he had recently acquired U. S.citizenship. So I asked, “I trust your children are getting good education here in Seattle?” He answered: “Three of my sons have finished elementary school, and before they go to High School, I sent them to Somalia.” I was taken aback! I asked: “Why did you do that?” “Well, he said, I want them to get good Islamic education, which is not available in America!” “But how did you manage to send them there, when there are no flights between the U.S. and Somalia?” “I booked them flights to the Emirates in the Gulf, he said, and from there they managed to fly to Mogadishu!”
Am I really exaggerating when I conclude, as I’ve reiterated many times in the past, that Muslims, who settle in the West, do not integrate at all. Whether consciously, or unconsciously, their allegiance is not to the host countries, but to the ecumenical Umma. Actually, Islamic immigration is a type of colonization; wherever a mosque is built, it becomes not only the place for the Friday Salaat (Worship), but the HQ (headquarters of the invading Islamic army.)
This article is rather gloomy, recounting the “cleansing” of the Christians of Iraq, the attack on the Christian families in Egypt, and ending with another proof that Muslim immigrants in the West, want to benefit from all the privileges afforded to them, while at the same time, refusing to assimilate, and contribute their share to the welfare of the host countries. So in this time when Christmas is celebrated with talk of “peace on earth,” the grim fact remains, that in many parts of the Islamic world, there is neither peace among Muslims, nor peace between Muslims and all non-Muslims!
