Ali Sina Threatened with Lawsuit

I have been insulted, received death threats and now threatened with lawsuit. I don't give a damn about the first two, but the lawsuit is something I have been looking for. This will allow me to prove that Islam is a cult of hate, violence and terror in a court of law and win. This is the opportunity I have been looking for to slay Islam once and for all.

i have very recently come across your website, and firstly would like to send you my uptmost condolence that you are no longer a muslim. i feel very very sorry for you. the aim of my email is not to insult or ridicule you like you have me and my faith, but to express my sympathy for you as you were once upon a time on the straight path. and after having visited your website, i have never been more grateful and joyous to be a muslim. the Prophet ( peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was a wonderful, kind, honest man.

You Muslims have expressed your anger, your hate, your insults, your threats, your condolence and your condescendence but failed to do the only thing I have asked you to do and that is to prove that Muhammad was a prophet of God or if that is too difficult, at least prove that my charges against him are false. 1.2 Billion Muslims and not one of you can prove that Muhammad was not a criminal let alone prove that he was a prophet. Now who needs pity? 

p.s you will have to remove your site as what you are doing is illegal under the Race and Relations Act 1976 :" s5.(a) a person commits an offence if: (a) he publishes or distributes written matter which is threatning, abusive or insulting: or (b) he uses in any public place or at any public meeting words which are threatning, abusive or insulting"

So I am against the law? Then you have to sue me! I am itching to have my day in the court and show the world that Islam is a hate doctrine much worse than Satanism, Creativity Movement, KKK or Nazism. You can only ban my site if you see I am advocating the following:  

We will cast terror into the hearts of Muslims. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them. 8:12,

Let not the non-Muslims take for friends or helpers the Muslims. 3:28,  

Rouse the non-Muslims to the fight against Muslims. 8:65,

Then fight and slay the Muslims wherever ye find them, 9:5,

Fight the Muslims, and God will punish them by your hands, cover them with shame. 9:14 ,

O ye the non-Muslims take not for protectors your fathers and your brothers if they love Islam. 9:23,

O ye the non-Muslims! Truly the Muslims are unclean. 9:28,

O ye non-Muslims! fight the Muslims who gird you about, and let them find firmness in you. 9:123,

Therefore, when ye meet the Muslims, smite at their necks; At length. 47:4, 

You won't find anything like that in my writings. But you find plenty of these goodies in the Quran. The Quran says, the vilest of animals are the unbelievers. 8:55  I would like to see the face of the unbelieving judge when I show him/her this verse in the Quran. Is this not hate speech? Imagine these verses published in the newspapers. 

you may argue that under the European Convention of Human Rights incorporated into domestic law within the UK in 1997 that you have a right to freedom of _expression, however, to incite hatred towards any group is a criminal offence. and correct me if i am wrong but your website is inciting hatred towards muslims. therefore, if you do not remove your sorry excuse of a website i will have to take this further

No dame! I am going to argue that Islam is a cult of hate, that promotes terrorism and it must be banned. I am going to argue that Muhammad was a mass murderer, a thief, a rapist, a pedophile, an assassin and he ordered his followers to emulate him and that is why we see Muslims are committing so much evil. I am not promoting hate against people. I am denouncing your doctrine of hate. It is your religion that promotes hate, violence and terror. I have enough evidence from the Quran, Ahadith, Sira and the fatwas of the ulama, both of the past and present to back up my case and win. I dare you to sue me. Take me to the court and I will destroy your evil cult. I have already done it in the court of the public opinion. Millions of people have had their eyes opened after reading this site. Now I have refined my weapon and it is time to take this to the next level. 

Why do you think no one has sued me yet? It is because Muslims are chicken.  They are only valiant in terrorizing civilians. They are afraid to confront others in written debates. They run away from me like roaches from the light. They know they will lose. I have debated with hundreds of Muslims, many of them scholars and I have won in each and every debate, not because I am smart but because I know Islam. Anyone can win in debates with Muslims. My website does not incite hatred against Muslims. It only shows the stupidity of Islam and how evil it is. It is the Quran that incites hatred of people.  

Take your "further action" if you are so sure. I have published your sorry email and your name for the world to see to dare you to act. Take your action because this is what I am waiting for. Time has come to make the world see the truth. I promised that Islam will be eradicated in our own lifetime. But we need action and this is exactly what we need. 

Now, don’t chicken out dear Nughmana Mirza. Let the dance begin. The days of Islamic lies and deception are over. I have been telling friends that taking Islam to court would create the publicity we need and maybe you are the answer to my prayers. "Go ahead, make my day"!
