CNN) -- A Muslim woman and the Michigan chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations sued a judge Wednesday for allegedly ordering the woman to remove her hijab, or religious head covering, in court.
Raneen Albaghdady, of Wayne County, Michigan, contends that Judge William Callahan requested that she remove her hijab on June 16 when she was petitioning for a name change, according to the lawsuit, which was filed Wednesday in a U.S. district court in Michigan....More...

The judge said "no hats in the courtroom" and she removed it without any complaints. how was he to know it had religious significance. Now she is trying to sue and get piles of money. What a loser! These stupid American Muslim groups are just stirring the pot.

America and western world is going to be the victim of its own secular constitution.
This is a well planned move by Islamic group of America to check the level of tolerance and to check how far they could go to misuse the secular constitution in attaining the motive of expansion of Islam. Raneen Albaghdady, also made the following statement which is in other news papers -: ``I COME FROM A COUNTRY (IRAQ) WHERE YOU CAN'T SAY NO TO A JUDGE IN A COURTROOM''. I totally agree with her, Secular countries are the best place to follow their animal practices and for earning good money by suing the system. Win and only Win Situation.
Wake up America and western world and look at India and learn a lesson – Muslim Converts in India had demanded a separate Islamic country in order to follow their religious practices, but now even after more than 60 years of partition, non-Muslims in India can not live in peace because of these practicing Indian Muslims.
If you come to a situation of partition in the future, when these sub humans are in significant number, than make sure that you send all these Muslims to the newly formed Islamic Country (out of the mother country). You must not allow any Muslims to live with non-Muslims unless they give up Islam. Hope western world will not make same mistake which India made in 1947 by allowing Muslims to live in India. .
