I already wrote somewhere in this website that the snow ball is rolling from a hill and it will get bigger and bigger.Now in this senerio this britisher deserve this!! Why because if he would protest against Islamic immigration earlier than this wont probably happen! Now...this picture will probably trigger further hate against Muslims in UK until Britishers will take law in their own hands and they will burn Muslims houses and mosques throghout UK. Hate crimes will rise agianst Muzies and finaly Muzies will get their as.s kicked out from great Britain!! LET THE SNOW BALL GET FURTHER BIGGER!!

Has Britain ever had a Vietnam? Have they ever known what happens to their soldiers when the soldiers are yelled at for doing their job? It's a shame in general how the british are treating their own soldiers coming home from a war. I remember that some soldiers cannot leave the base without getting into their civilian clothes so that they won't be attacked. I feel embarrassed for Brittan. Regardless of political decisions, BE PROUD OF YOUR SOLDIERS! THEY DID THEIR JOB! As for brittan protestors being pummeled by british muslims, I hope everything turns out alright. HOWEVER, the british don't want to face their problem. It's not a religion but a way to rule people.

Were those arrested British or muslim (speaking in terms of allegience)? What I read online is that the innocent Brits are the ones arreested for inciting the muslims (and rowdy youths as well) into attacking them. Even average housewives trying to rescue their husbands as they are being jumped and beaten are arrested. The leftist (fascist?) Labor government won't have anyone messing with their favorite voting blocks. No, they bought those votes and won't hear of the bill footing members of British society messing things up for them.

First of all, let me state that I'm a white ENGLISH male living in England.
Whilst I agree with so many of your comments, please don't forget what Britiain has done for world peace over the last 100 years. It seems no matter what these scum do, our limp government refuses to reign them in and what's worse is that I can't see what any other government would do differently.
The problem the EDL has is that is WAS formed by a member of the BNP which is a far right nationalist Anti-semi political party. Although the protests were organised by someone not associated with that party in any way, you have to understand and as I have explained to him, it will not gain public support it needs all the time it is seen to be in keeping with this company.
Also, apperances are everything in our materialistic country. Therefore, protests involving shaven headed tattooed white males with piercings everywhere just scream BNP which everyone can do without.
When I suggested to the guy responsible for this demo that he needs the invlovment of people such as Ali Sina & Douglas Murray to help mould this movement, his reply was that these people would talk us into an Islamic state. So, I ask you my fellow freethinkers to make contact with "Lionheart" on his blog and help me make him see what's really happening here.
Islam is a WORLD disease so please let's help each other and not turn on each other because that is EXACTLY what the muslims would like.
Last of all, I personally believe the greatest allie this movement can have is the Left. They MUST be made to see that Islam runs in paralell with Nazism, an ideology which they still oppose today. I'm dam sure that if the majority of people seen to be practising Islam were White then they would be a lot more vocal. The Left need to be shamed into their moral obligations.

These Muslims renounced freedom of speech if it would be used against them. They don't follow the "golden rule"...they don't want to be hurt, yet they keep on hurting the infidels. I too am a Brit.
What is interesting is that there has been very little reporting of this in the UK, certainly on the TV news etc. and the reporting is very coy as to whom is was who was arrested.
From what I've seen, the people mostly on the receiving end of the violence were white.
(However: let me caution here, that this is on the basis of three pictures, so may be anything but the full picture.) Logic would thus dictate that most of those arrested were from the counter-demo (which seemed mostly -ahem- Asian).

But the "anti Islamic-fundamentalists" have been called "right-wing", with implied links to "skinheads" and "BNP" and given that the demo has been characterised by some media outlets as "anti-Islamic" (note 'subtle' editing of nature of demo!), I am left wondering as to whom it was that was arrested.
Court proceedings (if carried through and publicised) may tell us.

Whatever the case may be, I find it particularly depressing that a rally against Islamic-fundamentalism is dismissed as "right wing", thus suggesting that 'liberals' (with small "L") are in FAVOUR of such fundamentalism.
This is surely anachronistic: liberals should be in favour of liberty and freedom (that's why they are called "liberal" after all!), whilst Islamic-fundamentalism is diametrically opposed to such ideals.

I agree regarding the media. Something must have been agreed with the government. Even TheSun have reported it as Whites attacking "Anti Fundermentalist Asians".

Did you read the Community Cohesion minister Shahid Malik a devout Muslim has announced the funds used to prevent young muslims becoming fundamentalists is now being used to prevent White kids becoming far rightwing in white areas.

I'm kinda repeating myself, but repetition is better than not speaking out against an imminent threat to the existence of the mankind.

Nothing can defeat Islam as an ideology OR, as a belief system. Islam will continue to spread far and wide all across and down Europe.

I see a few reasons for this happening:

1. The violence and destruction by WW-II broke the spirit of Europe forever -- it has lost the will to survive.

2. The whole of Europe has become a Refugee Camp for terrorists.

3. The Christianity is lost and most Europeans have turned Leftists or atheists who see Islam as a "secular" and "progressive" belief system.

4. A sudden burst of misplaced concerns for Muslims and their human-rights, religious minority rights, "persecuted" humanity, etc have taken precedence over a balanced approach to matters dealing with mankind.

5. Millions of Muslims and Sikhs from India -- that sought refuge in West have been granted asylum by Europe and America. Religious bigots, terrorists and hard-core criminals have been welcomed by West in the name of humanity.

6. Though none of these elements came over to West to contribute something to Europe or the USA. But, they've brought their own feudalistic ways and religious beliefs that are in total contrast to European life-style. They not only enjoyed the riches of welfare states but demanded their religious laws and customs to the detriment of ethos of Europe.

7. No wonder Europe will be Eurabia in next 50 yrs at the most -- with Islam the most anti-humanity ideology as the system of governance. Policy makers are drunk on their bankrupt ideology of human rights. Time to change policy makers before it is too late as it is late already.

I think the jury is still out on that. Despite a lot of "cow-towing", more recently there have been a few cases of MPs speaking the truth and Judges not making "allowances". Whether this indicates that the "tide has turned" or whether it is merely a "blip on the radar" I am not sure, so I'll hope for best - but expect the worst. (Also see below.)

I do, however, agree with much of the tenor of the rest of your comment - though I'm not sure the British spirit is broken yet. The British have always been a pretty tolerant lot - right up to the moment we decide that "you can't do that there 'ere" (as I heard it put once).
One interpretation of the "Anti Islamic-fundamentalism" march is that, for some at least, that "line in the sand" has been crossed.
If more such marches occur, I do think that it may indicate a turning point. Perhaps other Countries will follow suit as well. (It would be interesting to see how many 'moderate' Moslems joined in too!) (Go for it USA!)

Have a little read into recent history because if we don't stand up to these loons, that is not so far fom what the would do. Try looking into What happened in East Pakistan or what is now Bangladesh when they rebelled for their independence. The Pakistani Muslims RAPED 250,000 Bangladeshi women all with the express approval of the book of "peace" the Quran.
Do you really think they knocked the door first?

Sikhs are very much Indians as any other.

The reasons are different but what West did was same for Muslims and Sikhs. Here the word Sikhs must be read to mean "The supporters of Bhinderavale and Khalistan". The Khalistan-supporters and some neutral Sikhs sought asylum on the ground that they "feared for their lifes". In other words, the anti-India Sikhs were encouraged by West to live in their countries and continue to work against India even to date.

West is providing asylum to Somalian criminals as well.
West has become a breeding ground for all such hardcore criminals and anti-national forces of most Afro-Asian countries.

West cannot be absolved from the crime of its encouragement to such anti-nationals ON ANY HUMANITARIAN GROUND.
