Good one. If people think big

Good one. If people think big and to do good they can do it. Unfortunately mant evil like Islam, excessive materialism, theocracy etc are on our way. But with truth, freedom and fighting for good cause we will succed.

Very inspiring story. Muslim

Very inspiring story. Muslim societies need more science and less Koran. Maybe it is true what they claim that it is Allah's will that they lead the world in ignorance, corruption and poverty.

Malawi's problem in educating

Malawi's problem in educating her children stemmed from the retard who became president. This retard got his college education in the US where he became a Jehovah's Witness. When he became president, he allowed only the JW to operate in his country. That means the Catholic church and their operations had to cease and desist. Which means Catholic run primary and secondary schools were abandoned. The JW had no experience in running schools. All they cared is preparing for doomsday while the Catholic church had centuries of experience in educating the people. That is why even countries like Pakistan and Malaysia allow the Roman Catholic church to operate schools there. Most of all these schools are heavily funded by money from worldwide Catholic charities. That is why in these schools the student either pay a tiny fees or nothing at all.
But the college educated retard forced out the RC and in the end his government had to take charge of educating the whole population. And it is not going to be cheap despite money coming from the UN and other western sources. We have to remember that the elites siphon off a big chunk of these money while if it was the RC operated enterprise most of the money whould have gone to what it was intended for.

In the end the students have to cough up US $ 80.00 in fees which is very expensive. That is the tragedy of Malawi.

RE: Ibrahim Mahfouz

What the Muslim world needs is more philosophy and other liberal arts which force Muslims out of their mind set.

There is a reason why Muslims go for subjects like Science, Medicine etc. - because it does not challenge their beliefs in anyway; its right or wrong - there are no shades of grey or abstract thinking required.

Compare that to philosophy where one is forced to develop a consistent argument based on a set of axioms - the average Muslim would curl up in a foetal position crying in the corner within 20 minutes.

I will check with our tech person regarding your question. Meanwhile, if anyone has an answer to Arp, please do leave a comment. I am sure others have similar problems. Thank you.

To Randy, Obviously you have

To Randy,
Obviously you have not visited or lived in Malawi. I could not help but respond to this misinformation. I have lived in Malawi. The opposite of what you said is true. Actually it was the jehovas witness that was banned, and the Catholic church is one of the major churches, including, presbyterian, seventh-day adventist and islam. The Catholic church has schools starting from elementary to secondary and they run a lot of clinics and hospital (both big and small) most often in rural areas where there are no government facilities, including training schools for niursing and medical assistants. The seventh-day adventist church runs one of the best hospitals in the country. Malawi's problem is poverty and education is part of it. We can discuss why that is but it is not because of the jehovas witness.

I have to say that my eyes have been opened. I wonder how many times I have believed what other seemingly well- intentioned comments on this or other websites when they are in fact wrong.

No more reading forums for me.
by the way, i am not a jehova's witness.
