Several tragic stories here.
Firstly, there is clearly a problem with cousin-marriage (cousinage). This is however, more cultural than Islamic per se.
In GB the Muslim population has a vastly higher than normal rate of bith-defect (both physical and mental) because of this.
Second, pedophilia is abhorrent to any civilised person.
Third, let us not forget that there are plenty of "Western" pedophiles too.

As to the Lisbon Treaty, I cannot find the "... on page 412 Article 21 ..."reference in the video.
However, I did find Article 21 of the Lisbon Treaty on p 162 of said treaty (from Europa.eu/Lisbon_Treaty/index_en.htm). This says:
"Any discrimination based on any ground such as sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation shall be prohibited."
Article 24, p 162 (the next page), under the section "The rights of the child" says (in part):
"Children shall have the right to such protection and care as is necessary for their well-being."

This, I would suggest, includes their protection from pedophiles of all stripes, since being the victim of a pedophile cannot be regarded as being "necessary for their well-being".

Further, whilst I can't speak for the whole EU, I do know that in the UK the British Police (under the auspices of the Met.) has a unit dedicated to the tracking down, apprehension and conviction of pedophiles both in the UK and nationally.
Indeed, this unit often works co-operatively with its US conterparts to break rings in both Countries.
Thus the UK (at least) does not "protect pedophiles", in fact we pro-actively hunt them down.

Also, the EU treaty "Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union", article 83 says (in part):
"These areas of crime [include] ... sexual exploitation of women and children ..."

Again this offers protection from pedophiles to children, who are (obviously) sexually exploited by pedophiles.

Whilst I agree that there is no specific mention of pedoophilia in either article, I would suggest that Article 21 makes no reference to it at all ("sexual orientation is taken to mean straight/gay) and articles 24 and 83 subsume pedophilia within their definitions.
So, why is "Europe in bed with Muslims to protect Pedophilia"?

I feel the speaker in this video is making a leap too far in his 'analysis'.

That said, let me state that Politicians and Law-makers need to be vigilant to ensure that some smart Lawyer does not manage to twist anti-discrimination legislation (which, in principle, is good) to permit any given religio/ethnic group practices that would be illegal to the rest of the population.
Further, given our habit of bending over to be b*gg***d by Muslims, I do feel that this is a very necessary guard to keep up.
I just hope the judiciary is up to it...

Well, not according to the middle eastern religions (islam is one of them and the only one that stayed freeze until now). IF the victims are infidels/kafirs/heathens then it's ok to molest and rape them. Remember the ancient people don't know about human rights, even their god don't know that.

There are some comments in t"the Challenge" section saying it is OK for a 9 year old to have consensual sex and for a husband to rape his wife and that they have proved Ali Sina's challenge as false.Kindly,If any one here is has any knowledge of the Physiology of the child's body,woman's body and that of Sexuality [e.i. being able to produce quotes} from medical text books and post there, I will appreciate it.I only know the legality and ethics and the psychology of it.It is shocking to see a woman defend it.

5th : Aisha now is one of the greatest women characters in Islam , enough to be called The Mother of Muslims, such a great appelation , so the wisedom behind gathering Mohamed and Aisha , is that Aisha brought to mulims what happens and what have been said and all Mohamad sayings and islamic instructions , and helped in transmitting his message to the people of earth , without here many sayings" hadith" could be now unknown , and lost forever .

As a conclusion , it's clear that :
