I think all the Contradictions in Qu'rand are not unintended . Most probably Contradictions are deliberate as that helps the billy goat Mullahs ( incarnations of MoHamMad and representatives of Allah Dalla) to have their pick while issuing Fatwa which serves their vested interests. They can choose any verse if that serves their purpose and ignore the other .

The gullible Muslims can't read or understand Arabic and depend on the Mullahs' interpretation of Qu'rand , the Contradictions are of great help for the Mullahs to exploit the Muslim mass.

Best example is Jerk off Zakir Naik , who finds every thing in Qu'rand to be-fool gullible Muslim mass.

No wonder Muslim politicians hate and fear this site FFI .

It was through Zakir Naik that I came across Ali Sina and FFI. I used to watch Peace TV a lot (only Zakir Naik's programs) for comic relief. But no doubt I admired this man's memory in spite of all the inanities that came out of his mouth.

As I have observed more recently, this site is becoming more like a launching pad for those who hated Christinianty to find reasons to criticize it. I have shown it here several times that the logic of those who view Christianity as dangerous as Islam is faulty because of one reason and that is – Christianity, as we speak, is the religion of the majority of all inhabitants of the earth combined. No one can disagree with this fact. The logical question that no Atheists or Hindus would want to answer is this; why is it that, if Christianity is the religion of the majority of all the world’s inhabitants, majority of all the terrorists are Muslims and not Christians? Another logical question is this, why is it that when a particular country’s citizens are mostly followers of the Judeo-Christian belief, the rule of democracy is most likely to exist?
Of course most Atheists and Hindus here will bring up verses from the Bible as to ridicule it more than anything else, but does this make the fact that the majority of the democratic world are Christians false? The West is dominated by Christians especially the USA and the USA leads in helping others regardless of what religious belief these unfortunate people belongs to. The weirdest thig is that somehow, most of these volunteers would rather refrain from showing that they are Christians for fear of being labeled as hypocrites. Christians’ connection to helping others is just a proven fact. Hindus have some form of charities but limited only in helping their own because of their own poverty problem and the Buddhists are more worried on their own survival in a communist world. Atheists however has nothing to do with charity because for them there is no reward for it. For Atheists, the theory of natural selection should not be prevented from happening. Those unfortunate masses have just got to go in order for the world to move on.
Lastly, as I have explained long time ago here in FFI, I noticed the connection between how evil civilizations despise Israel for some reason and the lack of support of the non-Judeo-Christian religious beliefs to the plight of the Israeli people. You can also see this phenomenon in a historical perspective, from the Romans, to the Babylonians, and from the Nazis to the Palestinians, all of them would eventually perish. This has nothing to do with coincedence. The more evil the ideology is, the more it would distance itself from supporting the plight of the Israeli civilization. This observation might be a little scary for everyone here. If you don’t believe me just google each one of the religious beliefs in the world with the atttached words “support for Israel”. I came up with this from top to bottom, which is top as the most hateful or the most unsupportive;

Islam does not even need to be banned. Simply removing every shred of its political power in western countries will be enough to make it crumble. The only thing that keeps Islam thriving at the moment is the idiotic support from western governments and the Politically Correct masses.

But Islam's fundamental concepts are so ridiculously flawed, stupid, and childish, that even a rational person with very little formal education is fully capable of seeing what backwards, babbling nonsense this cult is. The fact is that Islam cannot survive without western support. As far as the West is concerned, Muslims are damned if they do and damned if they don't. But these poor, wretched people are in a stalemate, as it's only a matter of time before the West wakes up and takes action at some point in this coming century. Muslims will eventually have to decide whether to become enlightened, or whether to perish as their cult loses it's political standing and crumbles around them. Survival of the fittest, so to speak.

Right now, Islam needs to be attacked and ridiculed with full force. Muslims need to feel very foolish and uncomfortable for believing in the filthy trash they follow. We need to expose the truth of Islam as something so dumb and embarrassing that nobody will even WANT to be associated with it, even if they legally could be. I see this as the natural future direction of Islam, since education will prevail. Countries like Pakistan and Saudi Arabia know Islam cannot stand up to the powerful truths of education, which is why they frantically block sites like FFI and Youtube which offer dissenting opinions on Islam.

This alone speaks volumes about the governments in those countries and how they truly see Islam's ability to "flourish". These leaders don't appear to have a lot of faith in Islam, since it seems they have to actively work at keeping their citizens ignorant and uneducated by blocking sites critical of Islam. They know people in their countries would be leaving Islam left, right, and center if they were ever allowed to research the facts unhindered and make up their own minds.

For example, Nazism today is still followed by a very small minority, but at one point in recent history it was massive. These days, people look at Neo-Nazis and laugh at the foolishness of their beliefs and just laugh at them and shake their head.

The same thing will happen to Islam eventually. There WILL come a day in the future when Middle Easterners and Westerners alike will look back at Islam with severe embarrassment. Middle Easterners will be so deeply embarrassed and apologetic that they ever fell victim to such an evil cult (like Germany and Japan are today about their WW2 involvement). And western appeasers of Islam will similarly look back with huge embarrassment and shame that they permitted Islam to flourish.

Sadly, I think it will take WW3 to occur before we come to this realization, as the human race cannot go even 50 years without some crazy group of people trying to take control. Worse still, we are not learning from history and that is just shameful. Let's hope that future generations of humanity are not as ignorant and stupid as our society is right now.

The lack of understanding of what is evil is what brought Islam to where it is now, a force to be reckoned with. The West has ignored Islam for so long due the communist threat during the Cold War. In fact we took advantage of using its ideology to repel the Soviet invasion in Afghanistan. We supported Islam and its terrorists as long as its enemy is not us. To make it short, we ourselves created and unleashed a monster under the stairs and this monster now is out of control and attacking us instead of the Communists.

To make matters worse, the lack of understanding is compounded when we started to indulge ourselves in our addiction to fossil fuel during or about the time when the threat of the communist front were spreading throughout Asia. We basically almost sent all resources to harness this fossil fuel located in the vast reserves of the Middle East unknowing that the harmless Islamic bedoins tending their goats will be the future jihadis of Islam that will threaten our very existence. The whole world failed to recognize what Islam really is which was nothing but a small cancer cell waiting to grow into a powerful malignant tumor and we gave this cancerous Islam the resources to thrive in the desert – the fossil fuel, the black curse of humanity’s existence. We may never be able to kill this malignant tumor we call Islam, the best we can do is to suppress it making it incapable of threatening any healthy tissue, like it was before the oil industry boom. The only way to do this is to cut off its life support – the fossil fuel of death.

The West has been fighting the wrong war calling it the war on terrorism, the most idiotic term an intelligent civilization can ever come up with. We will never win this war unless we can recognize who the enemy is and everybody here knows who the enemy is, its none other than Islam. The terrorists are merely pawns. Hindu caste system, oppressive and oligarchic that it had degenerated to, had caused more harm to Hindu society itself. Making a certain section of society as untouchable had weakened their own society. No other society has such abominable history as to be under foreign rule for a thousand odd years as a consequence of fragmenting the society.
However, that has been a social malice, much like enslavement of negros was a social evil of the Christian societies. Hindus have reformed themselves much since the days of these malices, which are well-fed to you by your anachronous missionary masters as contemporary events. Now the evil stuff.
Jesus says, "Blessed are the poor, for they shall inherit the kingdom of God." Blessed are the poor -- for what reason? Poverty is the source of all kinds of crimes, miseries, sufferings. But blessed are the poor -- good consolation, to keep the poor drugged. This consolation is far more successful than any drug, because drug wears out within hours. This drug has not gone out of the system of man for thousands of years: blessed are the poor. And what is the reason that they are blessed? -- because they are going to inherit the kingdom of God.
If the kingdom of God is the reason that makes them blessed, then poverty is not a blessing. It is just a means to the kingdom of God, where all pleasures will be available, all your fantasies will be fulfilled. Jesus has no idea how to destroy this poverty. He gives false hope, especially when he is known to do miracles.

When you serve somebody and you feel great, like you have mentioned in your post, you have reduced the other into a worm, subhuman. And you are so superior that you have sacrificed your own interests and you are serving the poor. You moron of a missionary, you are simply humiliating them.
If you have something, something that gives you joy, share it like many apart from Christian missionaries do. And when you share there should be no motive. Forgiveness and Jesus, let us see. He is not a man to ask forgiveness of. He could not even forgive a fig tree which was out of season. And if he cannot forgive you just because you have not followed him, how can he forgive those who are crucifying him? A simple logic -- nothing much is needed.
Even on the cross he wants to show to the Jews, "Look, I am the messiah, and you are all ignorant." He is asking God, "Forgive these ignorant people. They know not what they are doing." It is not forgiveness on which the emphasis should be laid, because this man is not forgiving -- his whole life is against it -- it is to prove all these people ignorant.

Let us begin with Teresa one by one. Teresa will not allow birth control; it is a sin -- sin against God. And what kind of God is this who can't see that the earth is overburdened with the population? People are starving and dying and he goes on sending people. Teresa is against birth control, because it is against God.
If population is not controlled, there is no possibility for this earth to be rich. And Christianity goes on praising poverty. When you praise poverty, how are you going to destroy it? When you respect and praise poverty, of course you are going to protect it. It is something respectable -- missionaries don't condemn it. They can't condemn it, because they are living off it, exploiting it.
Mother Teresa... where will she be, and who is going to give a Nobel prize to a Mother Teresa if there are not orphans dying in the streets? Those orphans are needed for a Mother Teresa to be. Those orphans are absolutely needed, otherwise the Nobel prize will be missed by Mother Teresa. So help in the creation of densely populated ghettoes, convert them. This is the essence of her service.

Jesus was condemned as a criminal and Mother Teresa is respected as a saint. There is something to be pondered over: if Mother Teresa is right then Jesus is a criminal, and if Jesus is right then Mother Teresa is just a charlatan and nothing else. I feel that only the true God of Love, Buddha can provide a solution to this menace of Islamism.
He is the only true God and he loves everybody. He taught us to drink from the same cup as the untouchables. What a great God Buddha was, truly he was the One true God who blesses all of Humanity.
If Muslims and other evil people start following the commandments of the Buddha, I feel there will be peace all around. Only those who follow the great God Buddha can drink in the same cup as untouchables. He also teaches us in his Commandments that we should love all our Human brothers and sisters.

Yes "ibrahim" I have heard about Love, Gautama the Buddha, God and many kind of Commandments.

The thing is Love and fear can never coexist and all Commandments are part of Fear-oriented religion or you can call Cult. Don't do this ,don't do that---because fear is negative.

The Ten Commandments of Christianity and the Sharia of Islam are like two sides of the same coin. Both are fear-oriented--don't do this , don't do that--as if religion is nothing but avoiding things. Closing oneself in safety and security, never taking any risk, in fact not allowing yourself to be alive. It means repression. Repressoin is worse than expression, because through expression a person is bound to become free one day or other.

What ever I know about Buddha and Buddhism ; they are all about freedom and fearlessness which can lead one to love ( not the kind of Love according to the western people , they say they Make Love) Either one is in love or not in love how can one Make love?

Very funny concept of love is when a Christian tells you " I forgive you with great love"--as if there is small love and great love. Love is not a quantitative thing. Love is not a quantity at all, it is a quality. And quality is immeasurable: it is neither small not great.

It is said that Buddha never forgave anybody for the simple reason that he was never angry. How can you forgive without anger?

I admire the courage of Ali Sina. Though I do not share his thoughts and convictions, his accusations and criticisms deserves to be taken seriously not only to refute his propositions but most importantly for us Muslims to reflect and do some soul-searching. It never an act of rational faith to be so defensive.

I would like to suggest that Ali Sina should follow the age old methodolgy of interpreting Qur'an or hadith. There are several factors, sources, principles, and a method to intepret a given verse of the Quran or hadith.

On the other hand, I am really saddened and afraid of some Muslims (including those are visiting this website) who are wanting of critical thinking. The lack of Critical Thinking (Quran 2;111) is extremely dangerous. "Man never do evil so completely and cheerfully", says Pascal, "as when they do it from religious conviction."

There is the video of muslim extremist here in the Philippines and I personally confirm how my fellow Filipino muslims "do evil so completely and cheerfully" in the name of Allah. Devoid of Critical Thinking and intoxicated by a strong religious conviction, they felt justified chopping off the head of Christian soldiers. Reviewing our midieval history we will come to know how both Christians and Muslims felt so justified to kill one another.

In an age where some few Muslims are grabbibing the attention of mass media and unfairly describes Islam as inherently violent --- deserves a second thought and a profound soul searching among us. If there is anything that we muslims need nowadays to remain in the right path, it is the Quran 2:111. It is The verse on Critical Thinking. In response to anyone who assert something as true, Allah advised the Prophet and all of us to:

"Produce your (scientific or logical) proof
If you are really telling the truth"

This verse is an open challenge and an invitation to us to critically examine any statements or injunctions before we swallow and act upon them.

(Under the strong religious conviction) I want you to know also that ALL RELIGIONS EXCEPT BUDDHISM, has the share in the history of violence against fellow human beings. However, it was not the fault of the scripture per se; it was because critical thinking is wanting in the faithfuls. I want to believe that the Quran (or any scripture ) is incomplete without Critical Thinking. There are good Hadiths and Verses from the Quran that highlights the value of Faith and Reason. The Quran and Critical Thinking can never be separated. Take away one from the other, and you will find yourself in both extremes.

Quran 2:111 is the verse for the intelligents. I invite my muslim brethren to anchor our Islamic Faith on this verse. Let us develop the habit of Skepticism. Always doubting and examining the rationality of the intepretations and applications of the Quran and Hadiths.

sokratis zen your article is politely written (and I credit you for that unlike many of your fellow muslims) and thereby taking you as a completely rational, sane, enlightened and intelligent person. Now, responding to your suggestions to your fellow muslims, how could the critical thinking be deployed to discern the apparent contradictions displayed above? I want you to use your critical thinking to refute this contardiction:

Contradiction: 25:51 says if Allah willed, He could have sent apostles to every nation to instill fear in them, but He didn’t.
Contradiction: 28:46, 32:3, 34:44, 36:6 say before Muhammad, Allah did not send any messengers or Books to the Arabs.”

Look this contradiction is make it or break it all about prophet mo and Islam. If Mo could not have told it right about humans history throughout ages, how could you trust him on matters pertaining to God? I am eagerly waiting to hear how you respond to this.
